Hotel Atrium

Sat in the restaurant now waiting for our taxi to the airport. What can I say about Hotel Atrium….absolutely outstanding!! If we ever come back to Krakow, we would definitely stay here again. Rooms: Beautifully furnished, clean and spacious. We were in room 309, it’s on the 3rd floor and quite a large room. Very quiet and comfortable beds. The room also had a fridge which was ideal for keeping our wine in! Also had a good quality hairdryer so I didn’t have to take mine. Plenty of hanging space, a safe, sofa and desk. Breakfast: We paid for breakfast as part of our package deal with Love Holidays. It’s served from 7:00-10:00. Can’t fault it, a selection of hot and cold food and different juices and there’s a coffee machine with a selection of teas too. The day we visited Auschwitz we left the hotel at 6am - we told the hotel receptionist the day before and they arranged for a bag meal for us all that we could collect at 5:45. They even turned the coffee machine on for us in preparation. Outstanding customer service! Location: The hotel is in a fantastic location, and is a short walk to the main square. Staff: Amazing staff that can’t do enough for you! When we arrived at the hotel it was around an hour before the official check in time which is 3pm. They let us check in early which was great after our journey! The receptionist also went through where we are located and how to get to different areas of the town which we appreciated as it’s our first time visiting Krakow. Bar staff, breakfast staff are also all fantastic, so polite and really can’t do enough for you. Overall, we’ve had a fantastic stay at Hotel Atrium and I recommend this hotel for your stay in Krakow.
