405 reviewsHotel was not chosen by us, it was part of a Wowcher mystery holiday where our hotel was picked for us. Staff were friendly and all spoke fluent English and the location of the hotel was great, approximately a 10/15 minute walk from the main station in the city centre. Upon check-in we were given a fairly small, very basic twin bedroom consisting of 2 single beds. We decided as a couples holiday this wasn’t ideal so we enquired about any spare double rooms. The receptionist was helpful but told us the only option was to upgrade to a deluxe suite, this only costed £50ish for our 2 nights stay so we did so. we were very glad we did as this was a large open plan suite with a living area, kitchen, nice bathroom and spacious bedroom with double bed. Rooms were very clean too. The staff were great and suggested places to eat and drink during our stay, and also offered to help arrange and book us for a few tourist activities. Would definitely recommend staying here.
