The hostel is conveniently located near the historic center with the main attractions and the main waiting area of the station. The rooms are quite narrow, the free space is minimal. Cleanliness in the rooms and places of common use is maintained. The sanitation is in order and in the shower is clean. It is located on the third floor in a building without an elevator.

I stayed there for a weekend with my parents. The place doesn't have an elevator and my mom had a problem of going up to the third floor by stairs. Shouldn't stay there if you have even minor mobility problems. The room itself was incredibly small, it looked like carved out from a bigger one next door. There was not enough space to move at all. The good thing is localisation, only a short walk from the main square and with plenty of shops nearby. Parking space is available up the street on a private site, you need to pay extra for it. Good option for students and backpackers.

Average place

The Aston hostel is located near the centre of Krakow. Inside we find dirty stairs. The rooms are ugly, they are not made like they were in the photos. The bathrooms have to be shared with the other rooms. They charge you at the beginning so you don't have to change the hotel when you see the rooms because they're already paid.

Vacation with my family

The location of the hotel is its biggest strength! Located on Dluga (shopping street with supermarkets and everything else), you can only go down to the large Krakow square The room where we stayed was very simple but convenient. The common bathroom was very spacious and clean! Same for the toilet. Only a small negative point: one bathroom and one toilet for the whole floor... For an economical stay, I highly recommend!

Simple and practical

Hostel in a very favourable position, close to the centre of Krakow and the shopping centre with all the amenities. Hostel on the second floor, a little difficult to identify since in Krakow in a building there can be 3 or 4 things. Room with common bathroom quite clean. The bed was smaller than normal (a square and a half instead of double) and the sheets were only from a square. Nothing covered in February. Reusable. The heating however was adjustable and gave a big hand. For the rest excellent for the location and for the cost, very cheap really. Recommended especially for young adventurous couples!

The Krakow...

The room was a bit small, inside an apartment with 3 rooms and a shared bathroom. In the evening we realized that the heating was not working, which created some discomfort but they immediately moved us to another room. Nothing special, but close to the center and with an excellent quality price ratio.

I stayed at this hostel from December 28th to January 2nd with two friends. The location is not bad, although I expected it to be a little closer to the center, the room was on the 4th floor, and there was no elevator, building quite old, small rooms, but for that price the important thing is that there is the heating and the necessary beds, the distance from the bathroom was at least 20 meters, plus the same bathroom and shower were used by about 6 rooms! The reception girls are kind and ready to help you with any better information! We didn't expect it, we were satisfied enough to have paid so little, the advice for anyone who wanted to go on holiday in Cracow low cost.

Perfect for a low-cost vacation.

My friend and I were guests at this hostel last week in September. We found this accommodation very pleasant; the staff were very kind and very available, ready at all times to recommend small chic items for our stay in Krakow. The hostel is located a few steps from the center, to reach Stare Miasto you can walk quietly (((5-7 minutes), but in any case there is a tram stop right in front of the entrance! Even the central station is a few steps away, we would not go more than 10 minutes on foot.
