Overall excellent service, we loved our stay; and I can be a bit fussy about hotels. The highlight was the friendly service from all staff members. When we arrived, we were able to check in to our room early. We had been upgraded from a standard room to a junior suite as a diamond perk. They sent up a bottle of wine, a fruit platter and some little chocolate desserts to our room unexpectedly. The room was clean and nice, a little bit on the dark side but otherwise great. Breakfast was excellent; a mix of polish types of foods and standard breakfast foods. On the weekend days there was Prosecco. There was an omelette station which was fantastic. The dinner menu was really excellent, almost fine dining standard and was very reasonably priced. The bar menu was okay - could have been a little better. Cocktails were really good. The gym facilities were very good and completely empty when we went. The swimming area looked lovely but we did not have the chance to try it - maybe next time! Taxi ride into town was cheap and took around 15 -25 minutes depending on traffic.
