Pod Stokiem

Lovely cosy accommodation. While the rooms were a little out-dated as regards the décor, they were very comfortable and spacious. We had breakfast every morning which was included and we paid a little extra for dinner each evening also. The food was amazing, all home cooked and varied each day. The owner was very kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very homely. Oh, they also have a garage where you can keep your ski's and equipment. In the garage are "snow apples" and sleds which can be used (free of charge) by the guests in the nearby park (5 min walk). Our kids, ages 4,6 and 8 at the time loved going to the park after dinner each night. It was well lit and they loved sledding and using the apples down the hills there. Overall, it was an amazing family holiday. I would definitely go back and stay here. There is also a ski slope 2 mins away and a kind of roller coaster right next door too. We stayed here in January 2014
