This so called willa looks good on paper but don't be fooled. It was the cheapest - only 28£ per night for 2, This is an facility where the owner/security guy /host /probably cook - or whoever was greeting his guest never heard of hospitality. It's on in the middle of nowhere . On Friday night was totally DEAD place, I think the guy - looks like grumpy old ex policeman did the trick to put us off, when we went in after a few minutes we were desperate to leave and forget about this the worst nightmare of Bialystok. Many other negatives. You can do much better than this. Had a great few days in Bialystok in all respects except for this house (willa). Not sure how to describe this customer service , just very unfriendly and incompetent , not sure what would have happened if we were stayed. Very bad Ambassador of Bialystok.. Booked this stay by my booking and got my money back.

The biggest nightmare of Bialystok

We stayed at this hotel one night. It was easy to book it. Price was not bad. We had triple room. It would be better if there would be any sign to find hotel. Plenty space on parking. Reception guy that night was very nice. He knew English basic so I could communicate easier. He even offered water at reception to take to room. Room was quite nice for that price. Just a shame that when I wanted to take a shower I couldn't because of wall and ceiling. I had to sit in bath. And another little minus. When I checked out reception man didn't speak in any other language only Polish. My opinion is that receptionist has to speak at least in basic English because in hotel can stay people from any country. But its just my opinion.
These were only 2 bad things.
Bed was very nice and soft. Room clean.
I didn't use breakfast but it was included in price.
So I can suggest this hotel. Best wishes

Not bad for price

Very good hotel. Clean and cosy rooms. Neighbours will not disturb you. TV set is working properly. All glasses, towels, soaps and shampoos are included. Administration gives you several bottles of water.
Breakfast is nice and quite diverse.
Parking zone is at a little angle, but it is not a problem.

Here it’s true - you pay small amount, you get bad quality.
When we entered the room, we could not believe our eyes- the carpet was so dirty. We had 3 beds and one was missing bed linens. After requesting we finally got them but all the linens were with diffrent coloring and seemed a little bit dirty as well. Seems they wash with water only and not using washing powder at all. The towels were so hard that you could scrub your face. 
The door lock was also broken.
Breakfast was ok with a wide selection of salads but unfortunately no info about the ingredients.
We have stayed in different hotels in Poland and this has been the worst when it comes to cleanliness of the rooms.

Very disappointing

Staff were rude, dirt room everywhere, used sheets. The worst hotel in history. The owner swore . The food was disgusting and mostly unhealthy. Everything was so old and cheap including furniture . Picture on booking.com was made when hote was open not actualy , Stay away , dont lose you money !

Not recommend !

I was in this and saw rules. It is horrible. They claim that they can charge you everything, for ex. drinking own beer or eating own food. They can even charge you for empty packages. I do not know it is kind of joke or what.

I do not recommend

Everything was so old and cheap. Except TV. Stuff speaks only polish . I booked double bed and early breakfest and of course they forget about it. When I show receptionist email with confirmation of early breakfest they made some sandwichea.Parking was full with cars. Territory and surrounding was terrible. But for 1 night stay and pay small money this is good hotel.

The staff were rude, couldn't speak English, couldn't tidy the room or clean sheets, dirt everywhere, used sheets. The worst in history. The owner swore at my wife. The food was disgusting and mostly unhealthy. Grey eggs, mould on the bread, gritty yoghurts.

One place to definitely stay away from!

Stayed here for three nights while touring Bialystok and doing some genealogy research.  Only disappointment was that there is no elevator.  Our room was actually on the 3 floor (0, 1, 2) and if you have a problem with walking and stairs, it is not a pleasant trek up to the third floor.  The staff was very helpful and accommodating—we needed to change a pillow (the original was smelly) and the gentlemen at the reception desk did so without any question.   Dining room atmosphere is pleasant and service/food is excellent.

Great, but no elevator!

The reception desk people just do not know how to smile. 
The room´s carpet had all sorts of stains which I do not even want to know where they came from. The bathroom need some renovation. The bedding was like from 20 years ago. Do not start me on the purple colour! Every hotel owner should know that in hotel business the rooms should be neutral-coloured but no, PURPLE. I had a glimpse of some other rooms which had more peaceful colours, so maybe I just was not lucky. 
The breakfast was okay, wifi also quite okay.
