The hotel is normal, breakfast is fine, but it's quite enough (the omelette is excellent). But with the Internet problem, we had wi-fi caught in the bathroom, our room was on the 3rd floor in the corner by the stairs. The staff were very welcoming and hospitable, thank you to the girls in particular!

The Turkus Hotel,

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in November 2019. Everything you need to stay overnight is available, except for champagne and fennel. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast, but it is without sweets. It's convenient to go down to the restaurant and have dinner in the evening.

It's a cheap night out.

A good hotel to stay overnight, the carpets are old, breakfast is fine, near the Ashan and Merlin shops, the gas station, the rooms are cozy, with wifi, it was nice to relax, it's dark in the corridors, little shower room.

-Monday night stay in large 2 star hotel 10 minutes walk from the railway station on edge of centre
-rooms on 3rd & 4th floor functional only as major refurbishment/maintenance taking place elsewhere

-selected for convenience only & not sight-seeing/tourist needs

Hotel Turkus in Bialystok.
The lady at the reception was nice. Changing the room after the problem in the bathroom was not a problem.
Entrance to the hotel without a lift, you need to bring your own luggage. There should be an elevator or a ramp to collect your luggage.
I do not know if this is common in Poland - we were asked to pay in advance.
The elevator in the hotel is super small.
The room looks like a working class hotel, not like a hotel in the capital of Podlasie. There is no fridge, no air conditioning, no telephone in the room. In the bathroom only soap, no shampoos. Hooks in the bathroom barely hang on the wall.
Only 3 Bath towels for 3 people, no hand towles. No Kleenex in the room.  
The standards in the room are very like hostels but the location of the hotel was very convenient for me.
One electric socket in one room in the bathroom.
Breakfast is included, quite good. It was Swedish table but in a very low profile version. There were very good pancakes, sausages were warm after reheating. Coffee very basic , water, tea and jogurt available..
According to me, the hotel should be renovated completely. Decor looks like it's from the 80's. Wifi in the room was available but unstable. Handles in the door in to the room-very old. Cheeped plates during my breakfast.
Service in the hotel and during my breakfast was very nice. Nice gifts at the front desk.
If you do not need to be right at this location I would not recommend this hotel. There are many hotels for a similar price in a much better standards in the center of Białystok . Do your homework.

Hotel from 80 s needs a lot of upgrades 

Sometimes we go to Blestok for a walk, but also for shopping.Literally for a couple of days, and of course, we need to stay somewhere.We always take the room at this hotel,because the location is great.The price is not good,for the bed for the night is the ideal option.The rooms are old,the carpet and the bed are clean,the room smells unpleasant for many times,there was something that never happened before,the hearing of the neighbouring rooms is there,but here from the street is quieter,there is a car park just like the entrance,and in the backyard.fiwi works normally.

A good budget hotel for the night

We stayed at this hotel several times, plus the convenient location (shops, train stations, park, center, etc.), you can have a good breakfast.

It's OK.

I've never seen a worse hotel in my life, and I hope I won't. Firstly, it's not cheap. Secondly, the room smells, everything is scratched and worn out, the bathroom door doesn't close because the pen is broken. Thirdly, there's no internet. Fourthly, breakfast. Coffee and tea are already cooked in some big dish. No choice of dishes. Here's not a hotel, but a hotel!!! No one's advised. There's plenty of other places in Bestock where it's really cozy and cozy.

The horror is terrible!

The dining at this hotel was very pleasant: a three-course lunch for 15 cents and a very polite service to the waiters.

Nice cheap place.

Nice location just beside the highway which made access easy to get there. Even though there was traffic all night long, we didn't suffered the noise because the windows were isolated quite well. Peaceful in that way and a very good breakfast. A nice fenced area for the car in the backyard of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was a little bit outdated and our room was not that big, but it was not a big issue anyway.
