The Natives Samui Villa

Od października 2017 r. wszyscy właściciele quadcopterów i innych bezzałogowych statków powietrznych (dronów) są zobowiązani do ich rejestracji w tajskiej komisji ds. radiofonii i telewizji – National Television and Radio Comission of Thailand (NBTC). W przypadku naruszenia nakazu prawo tajskie przewiduje karę do pięciu lat pozbawienia wolności i/lub grzywnę w wysokości do 100 tysięcy bahtów (około 3 tysięcy dolarów).

W hotelach w Tajlandii mogą być naliczane obowiązkowe opłaty za uroczystą kolację. Goście proszeni są o bezpośredni kontakt z hotelem w celu uzyskania szczegółowych informacji.

Zgodnie z nowymi procedurami imigracyjnymi, które weszły w życie 1 maja 2025 r., wszyscy obcokrajowcy podróżujący do Tajlandii drogą powietrzną, lądową lub morską muszą wypełnić formularz cyfrowej karty wjazdu, tj. Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), na oficjalnej stronie internetowej Biura Imigracyjnego Tajlandii na trzy dni przed przyjazdem.

• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the villa prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for full breakfast: THB 350 for adults and THB 180 for children (approximately)
• Airport shuttle fee: THB 600 per vehicle (one way)
• Rollaway bed fee: THB 800.0 per day

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: THB 3,000.00 per stay

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
