Rules of accommodation:

In case of non-guaranteed reservation, the apartment is reserved for the guest until 18:00 local time of the day of arrival.

The payment for accommodation is charged daily in accordance with a single settlement hour —

12:00 hours of the current day.

Kids under 6 years old stay for free without meal and extra bed.

When leaving the guest house, you must vacate the apartment before 12:00.

When placing a guest from 00:00 to the check-out time without prior booking, the fee for accommodation is charged at a rate of half a day's fee.

Early check-in is available whenever possible, subject to availability of available apartments, breakfast not provided in this case.

When placing a guest before the check-out time (with advance booking), the payment for the stay is charged for a full day.

In case of delay in the departure of the guest after the check-out time, the payment for accommodation is charged in the following order: no more than 6 hours after the estimated hour — hourly payment; more than 6 hours after the estimated hour — the fee for a full day.

A cot is provided free of charge at the request of the guest.

Fee for children under the age of 7 in apartments with parents without an extra bed and breakfast is not charged.

The cost of an extra bed with a light breakfast is RUB 650.00.

How to get there?

From the railway station and the bus station to the street. Free Novgorod, 19 — 4.7 miles.

By bus: No. 30, 36 and Marshrutka: No. 177, 204, 205, 223, 7, Trade Park No. 1 - River Station and Tram No. 5 (6 stops) to get off at the Tverskoy Prospekt bus stop, then walk 590 m to ulitsa Volny Novgorod 19.

Trolleybus No. 2 (8 stops) and Bus No. 106 (7 stops) to get off at the stop Sovetskaya Ploshchad, then walk 280 m to tulitsa Volny Novgorod 19.

From Moscow to ulitsa Volny Novgorod 19 — 174 km.

On the car on route Leningrad (E105 / M-10) or M-11 (between the Leningrad and Dmitrovskiy Congress for a toll road, bypassing Khimki, Zelenograd), head to the destination (Tver Region), then on Moscow shosse towards ulitsa Volny Novgorod 19.

On the car head south on the street. Sadovaya towards Nevsky Prospekt, along the E105 / M-10 and M-11 towards Sh. Petersburg (Tver region). Take the exit from the E105 / M-10, continue on route Petersburg, then head on naberezhnaya Afanasy Nikitin and ulitsa Sovetskaya in the direction of ulitsa Volny Novgorod 19.

By prior agreement, 1 child up to 6 years old can be accommodated on 1 bed with parents without extra bed.
