Po przyjeździe rosyjscy obywatele muszą okazać oryginał (nie kopię) jednego z poniższych dokumentów: ważny rosyjski paszport krajowy lub zagraniczny.

Front desk opening hours 10:00 - 22:00.

Check-in rules:

1. On the days of football matches and holidays of the calendar, check-in is from 15:00, check-out is until 12:00;

2. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement;

3. Guests who arrive after 18:00 will pay for the reservation in full;

4. The guest receives the keys through the case box and checks in contactless;

5. The deposit is refunded by transfer to the card, on the day of departure, after checking and cleaning the apartment;

6. In some apartments, it is possible to check in with small pets for an additional fee and by agreement;

7. Accounting documents are provided for an additional fee;

8. The facility works with legal entities and individuals;

9. The price depends on the number of guests, weekends and holidays.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. There is a fine of RUB 5000.00 for smoking.

It is impossible to accommodate guests with large pets, guests in a drunken state; apartments are not rented for parties and events.

Payment of the security deposit and payment for accommodation is carried out via a link from the administrator, only through the Moneta financial aggregator. According to Federal Law 115, insurance deposits are not accepted on a bank card.
