Po przyjeździe rosyjscy obywatele muszą okazać oryginał (nie kopię) jednego z poniższych dokumentów: ważny rosyjski paszport krajowy lub zagraniczny.

To register in the hotel system and issue a voucher for accommodation, guest should provide the following information within 12 hours from the time of booking: full name, date of birth, passport data of the main guest. Otherwise, the hotel will not be able to reserve an apartment for the guest. Once the check-in voucher has been issued, it is not possible to make any changes. The presence of the main guest at the reception is mandatory. Check-in is carried out only according to valid documents and the provision of a voucher. The guest's passport must be valid until at least the date of departure from the hotel.

*Voucher is a certificate (document) confirming the guest's right to stay at the hotel.
