The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [Lockbox located at Ramada Queenstown Central's front doors.]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
