31 reviewsThis place is Superb! I checked in for 3 nights last 2/4 - 2/7 for a business trip.The place caters a very presentable accommodation. has all of your basic needs in a hotel at a low cost. I got a deluxe room @ 311. This is a 4 years old hotel so expect that this is quite new than those hotels which is 20 years old or more. The best part of this hotel, which makes it a Perfect 5 stars rating. The service! Front desk- Superb! and Stellar!. Their front desk defines their hospitalization with their great smile. from your check in to check out. very approachable. neat and nice.. they even gone extra mile. i arrived 2 hours earlier than my check in time, but the front desk provided me my room for a rest after a long hours travel. Thanks to Ms.Rome and her team for a great service during my stay. Housekeeping - Kudos to Kuya John and the housekeeping team for keeping my room neat and clean everyday. they regularly change my bed linens and pillow cover. Shuttle service - an extra fee of P150, thanks for the great service kuya driver :) Amenities- hot and cold shower on board, cool thing, they have a strong wi fi inside room. :) (thanks for the vouchers **frontdesk) Overall, Cityinn Hotel is the best place to stay, more than any 5 stars hotel that you see and you know @ zamboanga city. The totality of my stay experience brought this hotel to a stellar grade. you deserve more!!! Definitely a 5 star rating! Thank you Cityinn! surely, you are my top choice whenever I get back to Zambo in the future.
