I stayed for two nights in this hotel with a restaurant and large function rooms. When I arrived, there were preparations for a wedding reception. The room is clean, not large but not too small. There is hot shower. The staff were very helpful. It's not in the city center itself.

I like the old-house feel at the stairs landing. I had my fill of the Tuguegarao (garlic) longganisa which was on the breakfast menu everyday. Brewed coffee is free for checked-in guests, this could be the reason why there was no water pot and free coffee sachets in the room. Location-wise, it very good for those whose business is at the Regional Government Center.

The hotel is situated far east of downtown Tuguegarao. It's a small Hotel with small rooms. we booked this hotel via Travelbook for a very reasonable price since I used my earned points. From the Hotel location, you can reach Tuguegarao Airport in 15-20 minutes by trike or by car depending on traffic situation. 

Our room comes with few amenities such as air conditioner, flat Screen TV, telephone, Twin beds and  Bathroom with Toiletries.  However, the hot and cold feature of the shower is not functioning. Also the WIFI is not working in our room, the front desk officer provided me three(3) sets of voucher code for me to use the internet but all of it never works, I opted to use my data service instead.

The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast with limited choices of food, when we were there we have corned beef, fish fillet, a soup, garlic or plain rice and a coffee. The restaurant attached to the lobby is also itty-bitty, it can only accommodate maybe up to 15 - 20 guests.

They have an outdoor pool located at the back of the hotel, but at that time we weren't able to use it.

I would like to give credit to the staffs, they were all kind and helpful. Thumbs up to the good service and to their courteousness towards other guests.

Overall, it was a great stay with my mom and my nephew.

Clean, good room with good service

Stayed for 3D/2N.  Budget friendly hotel but with nice room interior.  Good water flow, clean sheets complete with guest kits.  No elevator for upper flrs but has its own pool and cafeteria. Fast room service but took us almost an hour waiting for our dinner to be served.  Has limited choice on no-pork diet for bfast.

Aesthetically, the hotel will pass your expectation..but if you will stay at 2nd floor, you need a lot of patience because you can here the noises outside the corridor
, whoever is chitchatting while taking the stairs and corridor, the opening of doors ( even the sound of the doorknob), the steps of guests taking the corridor and when the phone rings (the others room and the phone under the staircase which is located at first floor)..So I'm thinking that some guests can also hear my conversation  while i'm inside my room. Their beds as well as their pillows are comfy, but i think they should change their folding bed because when my roommate will change her position, you can hear screeches and awful sound coming from it.
The hotel endured damages from typhoon lawin and it was restored however water leaks were obviously coming from the ceiling at the bathroom when heavy rains occured during my stay. Internet connection and cable was not yet restored so I decided to use my usb so I can watch movie but to my disappointment their tv cannot be played with movies, only music and photo..ugghh!!! In terms of food during my almost 2 weeks stay, its okay.. Their food servers are friendly and even the guard on duty. They have infinity type of pool for a quick dip.
