Somewhere to stay in Sipalay for a reasonable price? Stay here. Prices range from 300-600 per night. It’s a home away from home. 
It’s clean, convenient and safe. It’s located at 3 Jasmin San Sebastian St. 

it's a small, clean place. the people who manage were so accommodating and friendly. we stayed in their sipalay city and bacolod city branch. not a five star but  a nice place to stay.

verry accommodating, clean.

For under 700 peso's, we had a room with a decent AC unit and cable TV but we had to share a communal bathroom which was not up to standard. No toilet seat, toilet tissue or working flush.

We didn't think much of the staff either but we were only staying for the solitary night.

Adequate for the price I suppose

I booked a room in this pension house good for 2 persons in agoda for P632. The picture says it has a bunk bed and the room was quite spacious.. When we arrived there to checked in.. Omg! I was so surprised to see the room.. It was super duper small. With just 1 bed.. It's like you cannot move inside the room. It's way too far from what I seen on the agodas picture. I complained to the care taker about the room.. I booked for 2 persons but they will just give me a super small room good for 1 person and the room was not exactly on the picture.She said that's the last room they had. I didn't get the room.. And I  talked to the manager to give back my money because it was already swiped in my credit card..I suggest to stay in LANGUB pension house .. It's way more better and the price is much more worth it...
