Fernandez Beach and Garden Resort

My friends and I had a nice stay at this resort. Great location, very well kept gardens and grounds. Great value. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The gardens and pool are very well looked after.

 

Fernandez Beach and Garden Resort is located in Babak District - Samal Island area. From Samal’s Central Warehouse you may take a 10 minute ride through a tricycle to Fernandez Beach Resort. This resort is unbelievably amazing as it offers you really fun and exciting get-a-way for a very affordable cost.

We had been to this resort just for 1 night and yes the experience was really amazing. They have a rooms good-looking and I think it is very safe resort. The Service  of the manpower of this resort is good, they accommodate there guest and they give the right service.👍👍👍

Excellent resort!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 

Good Resort

Fernandez beach has a nice room and also has a nice kitchen all the rooms are nice and have clean environment. you won't see many employees and the place is  not too noisy. The resort is simple, the surroundings are not very attractive but it's cool, there is a pool if  want to swim and enjoy with the family.

Affordable. Fan room for 2 for 500 pesos. Common restroom.

They have made-to-order meals. A bit pricey for the serving size compared to the ones in the area. Small serving size. We prefer eating out.

 Fernandez Beach offers a peaceful and tranquil environment, perfect for those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The absence of crowds and noise allows for a truly rejuvenating experience. I felt instantly relaxed and at ease as soon as I stepped foot on the beach.

The resort is good, and we had fun there with my family but the entrance is to pricy for day tour but its fine the important thing is we enjoyed it. The good thing here is you are allowed to bring your own food and beverages without incurring any fees. We had a great time also at the seaside.   

Nice Place

The place is so relaxing and peaceful but the rooms needs maintenance toilet flush doesn’t work. No hooks or even a provision to hang your towels or wet clothes. The resort needs improvement of the facilities and amenities.

Fernandez Beach

I live in Australia and my girlfriend and I have stayed at Fernandez Garden  Resort, it has been a  Big Disappointment. The first  cabin we had the hot water heater  did not work,  when we complain, the manager  said we know  and cost too much to fix,  they change our cabin next day,  OK. Then we have to go to  cabin next  day to another  cabin because someone else want our cabin!!! Next day we get smaller  cabin with no air-con only fan,  all night drunk  people  make  a lot of noise and wake us up at  2am. We tell man who tells them to be quiet,  but only quiet for a while  and then shout and laugh and  throw bottles and  cans.  We have  no more sleep. We have decided to leave today and not  stay for a  week, 3 nights is enough  time here to give me a nightmare for the  rest of my life.  Very poor  treatment of  international  tourist!! Take note not suitable for  westerners. The swimming pool  is very good but staff not  very helpful and  I would definitely not recommend this resort. I understand why  westerners  don't want to  visit the  Philippines  now.!! I give place one only star and that is  for pool.

Unhappy guest.

From where you're dropped in Babak, Samal, tricycle ride costs P30.00*5=P150.00. Penaplata is not very far from Babak, but it sure is a bumpy ride.

The room was ok. My boyfriend and I booked the resort's fan room for P500.00. I didn't expect much, so I think we were ok.

The toilets was a bit far from our room - the walk from the toilets to the room was not pleasant, it was sandy, there were high grass that will make you itch, and there's no light at night. The shared toilet and bath was also terrible, there was no dry area where you can wear your pants peacefully.

The room didn't come with towels, when I requested for one, the crew just told me they had none.

Their swimming pool was ok, better than ok, actually, especially because we were the only people who took a dip on a Sunday evening. What's not okay with the pool, was that they'll charge you extra for it, even if you only use it for a couple of minutes.
