I Live in cypress Towers and i love the condo init and the location as well.
Its safe so far as i feel, lots of options to travel and eat hear and there, multiple big markets to buy food of all kinds, wet and dry markets, fish and vegetables readily available all round the year

Cypress Condos

I have visited this place for the first time after booking the room last minute . I booked for 2 nights .

This is a residential condominium unit based along  C5 near SM AURA, BGC , and Market and AIRPORT 

POSITIVE :

Location ; easy to find . It’s the only 3 tall buildings in between residential area of Diego Silang and aling C5.

You can ride a jeep or taxi .

Within 5 minutes walk are 24 hours Restaurant Jollibee and Chowking .
There’s also a small convenience store and ATM machine . Venice Mall, BGC, Mckinley and SM AURA are 15-20 minutes with no traffic . With traffic it can be 30-60 mins away . The price is very cheap compared to other accommodation same location . 

Staff are very polite and friendly . From the security guard to the receptionist . They will book you a taxi or private car.

I didn’t get a chance to try the swimming pool but it looks clean to me and some kids are enjoying the pool . There’s no lounge chairs seen but maybe I think it’s the culture . Most Filipinos don’t like getting a tan and sunbathing is not that popular so me this is a residential condo units.

ROOM: 

We stayed in the first floor Altiva building.
The agent / owner is very friendly .
The room is clean with complete amenities . Fridge , microwave , kettle and electrics stove . Toilet is clean . Linen is clean and fresh 

She provided us with clean towels , toilet rolls , soaps and shampoo . 

NEGATIVES: 

On entrance , the room has damp smell .
But after turning on the aircon and few sprays of glade , the odour is gone . But after leaving the room for 2 hours and turning off the aircon , when we come back , the smell is there again . It might be firm the damp mop in a bucket inside the toilet .

The room needs upgrading I think . 

The location is near the airport so every few minutes you can hear the airplane and you can see it as well . You will get used to it or bring ear plugs . 

I think for the price and location it is passable  as a basic accommodation . 



Basic Accomodation and  great location 

I will not ever book in Cypress tower,taguig.The Family stayed in PH2 celesta building for 5 days (july 25-30 2019).cleanliness is very poor, dirty dried  smelly rags left outside the balcony.we were not able to stay in balcony because of the smell, shower curtain with stains and dirty,couch with stains & itchy, bedsheets covers color brown seem not changed and the blanket.dusty present on window, used rags also present in the toilet,smell of the unit is not good.kitchen cover with stains.tv very high you can have stiff neck.

Booked an overnight stay in a Studio Apartment with Booking.com. Upon arrival, Sylvain upgraded us in a One Bedroom Apartment because the room we booked is fully booked already. He dont normally ask for addtl charge but because we were rude (accdg to him with no basis)he ask for addtl ₱250. This is his technique so he can ask for addtl charge to guests.

We still pay for the room. He managed to took a picture of our confirmation no in booking.com. little did I know he also got the pincode of my booking. After few minutes, our reservation was cancelled. He texted us that this was a Bug only which I dont agree with. This is his modus, so dont ever give your pincode. Only your confirmation no because he can cancel the reservation and pretends to be the guest. In this way, the booker cant add negative review in site. This is why I totally understand now why it has a lot of good reviews even when the admin of bldg informed us that they already received a lot of complaints.

Another modus of him is to upload good picture but in reality complete opposite. This is misleading information. Sylvain is a swindler. Do not ever book to this property if you dont want to experience the same.

DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS ROOM AND BEWARE OF SYLVAIN.

So disappointing. The photos used were so deceiving. I booked for 3 days 2 nights and we stayed at Celesta rm 1409. My family and I (5 people) were fitted into a matchbox. Only 1 bed and mattress to be laid on the floor were available. Everything was not working from the lights, wifi, microwave, toaster, and stove. Towels, pillows, bed sheets were worn out and dodgy to use. Toilet and bathroom were not cleaned properly, there was even a brief left inside the bathroom, probably by the previous occupant. I know I should not be expecting too much from a 6,000-peso budget, but they should not be deceiving people by using other’s rooms photos. And then when I asked for a refund, I was even blamed that he told me 3 times that it was just a studio type unit given my budget. Same with other reviews I also received a message from him saying that my booking was cancelled but to not worry about it because it was just a bug. Or maybe it’s just a way for me not to make a review about the booking on that website

I should be blamed as I did not read reviews from legit sites before booking because I only have limited time before I fly back to Sydney and I focus on spending quality time with my family. There were good reviews from other sites, but they might be referring to other units. But don’t let the manager give you room 1409 Celesta building if you are a family of 5 people as you will not get the worth of your money. You will just stress out and be disappointed. I tried backing out but I already paid in full and could not get a refund, so we don’t have a choice but to just use it instead, but we also checked out earlier because it was not comfortable to stay at. That’s why I am warning other people thinking of booking to research and read reviews first from legit sites before paying, so what happened to us won’t happen to you. 

I called Cypress Tower and they said that they already received a lot of complaints, but could not do anything about it. All I can do now is to warn other people to check first the unit if it is what was advertised. Double check if everything is working before paying. Lesson learned and charged to experience. Passing on the information is all I can do now.

Beware

I stayed at cypress apt.1403 with my beautiful lady.The host was a french guy called sylvain.He arrived late and then claimed the booking was cancelled due to a bug.common theme as i have read in other posts.He then made us wait another 10 minutes while on the phone.When we finally saw apt.i was annoyed.Rubbish overflowing in bin.used soap and shampoo on bathroom floor.aircon would cut out if slightly touched.old drinks and food still in fridge.Also dog food in cupboard.He claimed there was netflix and youtube but zero connection.called him many times and msg.no reply.He called 12.30 that night wich is ridiculous.next night 1.30 in morning.saying we didnt answer.Pathetic host who cares only about taking your money.So no Internet and only 3 working channels.If i pay my accommodation fee i expect my host to answer calls and not be deceitful.I recommend maam carla apt.1804

NEVER AGAIN!!!

I made this booking through agoda.com this was the only booking that caused me such inconvenience, not solid information given by Sylvain incharge of the condo unit. I made this booking for a family member and they had a long flight early in the morning he informed me that the unit is available through email which was good since my mother can rest easily upon arrival only for them to wait an hour for him and that the room was not even available upon their arrival.

not worth your time

Beware of MELMA BELLA (BROKER), she is FRAUD. She will provide you with a poor condition property and will ask for a very high price plus the security deposit. She does not return the security deposit.
