Stayed multiple times and always had a good experience. Twice they let me check in at 11am with no charge. Staff is great and I'm always satisfied.

The stay is very good near to SM Aura. Just walk several steps. The hotel is so clean that you will enjoy. The pool and gym area arw so wow.

Overall, the hotel experience was decent. However, using the elevator was challenging as it was always full during rush hours in the morning and evening. The streets were also quite busy and noisy since it’s located just outside BGC.

Great budget hotel around BGC the Fort just across SM aura mall and walking distance to market market. Friendly staff and prompt housekeeping with excellent care to guests. Only downside was only 5 ironing equipment for the whole hotel. Waiting to borrow for one until other guests finished them. But didn't wait for too long just had to returned it immediately. Overall, it's a busy crowded hotel with cool amenities such as pool and gym. A little overpriced buffet so alot cheaper to go out buy food.

Hotel Location was perfect, a walk from SM aura which we spent 3 days just shopping there, there's street vendors with amazing and cheap food, markets, strip malls with tons of food if the Mall and vendors didnt hit for anyone. You can do everything just from here. It's also close to NAIA airport. The employees at the hotel was very friendly and there's a small gym and pool for if you have spare time for relaxing/health. The food at the hotel isnt very good, I'd only recommend if you're looking for food as early as 6am and cant wait until 8-10am for the vendors/mall to open

5 Star for being located next to so many amenities

Staff are very helpful and always ready to help. I commend Arvi (Lady at the front desk morning shift) help us find a grab to the airport on March 20. The hotel does not have a service to the hotel or is affiliated to grab but this lady readily help us. She is a keeper. Not enough room amenities. The room is for 3 guests in the list but was only given 1 small soap, 2 bottles of water each day instead of 3. 2 instant coffee This makes it 4 but the staff are very nice and helpful.

Loved the location and how walkable to great shopping and dining options. Having a fridge, kettle was excellent. For two nights would have appreciated more drinking water (how about water coolers?). We really wanted a day to rest around the pool, unfortunately there are not any loungers and the water was chilly. Staff are wonderful and we will definitely stay here again.

Nice, newly renovated hotel close to SM Aura which has a lot of casual and nicer restaurants. It is also walking distance vyo Market market where you can shop for souvenirs.It is clean, comfortable and spacious room.The only little inconvenience is that it is right in front of a very busy street both for pedestrian, cars and motorcycles. But it also has a traffic light so it is not dangerous to cross. It has no restaurant on site but lots of places to eat at SM Aura across the street . Also a 24 hr 7-Eleven bright beside it

For the daily room and breakfast cost this hotel is a good deal. Staff was readily available for assistance, the room was small but clean, with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Overall, the amenities were sufficient for a pleasant stay. SM Aura and Market Market malls are both just a five minute walk from the hotel, and there is a 7Eleven at ground level. Also, the door guards were very helpful when needed. Finally, one of the guards called Grab for our departure. We would use this hotel again.

It’s in a prime location where the malls like SM aura, Ayala mall, Uptown mall and other businesses are walkable or very close to the hotel. It’s in the heart of BGC area. The room we stayed can comfortably accomodate 3 adult persons not 4 which they clearly advertise. It’s a one year old hotel, so everything still looks great, AC is in a perfect condition, room not only looks clean but also smells good. We didn’t try their breakfast, so I can’t say anything about it. Staff are diligent to assist and hospitable. I’ll be staying again if I’m back in BGC area.

Every detail was handled perfectly, from replacing towels to ensuring the room was spotless each day, which really enhanced my stay.The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with Market Market and SM Aura just a short walk away, and other malls in the BGC area within easy reach. The 7-Eleven downstairs was also a huge plus for quick snacks or essentials late at night.The room itself was simple, comfortable, and family-friendly, meeting all the needs for both short and long stays. The staff, from security to reception, were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist.Overall, room 2819 offered a fantastic combination of convenience, comfort, and beautiful views. A few details were overlooked, like replacing dirty towels or thoroughly cleaning the room.
