It was a big hassle checking in. Lobby receptionist doesnt know about my booking via hotels. Com. I even contacted Juan via hotels.com chat but had a miscommunication as well. I called the property contact person and was able toAnswer me after45 minutes. Finally, Mac (care taker) came and checked us in. He is veryNice and apologetic. Room needs toBe sprayed because there are smallCockroaches and ants. The faucet needs toBe fixed. AlsoThe aircon is leaking fromThe bedroom.I Love their balcony with a magical view of the Mall Of Asia! It's a cute unit, just need to fix those problems above mentioned. Kudos to Mac who is very responsive and friendly after our check in.
