As a party of Turks, we spent last week at Villa Israel Eco Park. We had a wonderful time. I must express my appreciation to the entire hotel personnel. They are extremely friendly and helpful. My heartfelt gratitude goes to Jeng Jeng for her generosity. She planned a fantastic barbecue by the pool at a reasonable fee. We loved it so much that we demanded it again.
One of El Nido's top beaches is accessible from the motel on foot. The village can be reached in 10 minutes by tricycle for only 150 pesos. Although it requires more upkeep, the hotel is very clean. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast might be more opulent. 
I would recommend the hotel to anyone seeking for a peaceful and welcoming environment.


Pleasant stay in El Nido

Hotel not sutable for guests. No hot water. No food or drink available. Dirty. Smelly.Booked 3 nights. Stayed 1. Still waiting for refund. Messaged Hotel.com numerous times. Still waiting. Will not use them again.

Don't book.

Do not book this hotel! We have arranged a transfer only to find out that no one is picking us up after waiting for almost one hour, contacting the hotel, and we have been passed on from one person to another. We have to arrange the transportation ourselves and it was inconvenience since there were 6 of us and we have alot of luggages. 

When we arrived in the hotel, the receptionist did not even give us any info about the hotel facilities, about the local area, the tours we can book, etc. One of the rooms given to us also had a leak in the toilet upon flushing. We requested to be transferred to a different room but then it took them hours to sort this for us. We have been out for lunch and have already stayed in the beach, but upon returning, they still haven’t found a room for us. The supervisor was called by the security guard as we were not being accommodated properly. She also has some guests in the hotel which she entertained first over a paying customer. The room that was given to us doesn’t have a functioning television, and the remote control for the air conditioning was missing. It was a very substandard service and this hotel should not operate at all if they can’t provide a good service. Their facilities were also very substandard and not clean! Stray dogs roaming around the hotel pool and drinking water from it. 

Do not book this hotel!

The staff is very accommodating and friendly.. free breakfast is not to bad but otherwise is nice

This was our worst experience so far. We stayed for 3 nights and we had NO HOT WATER. 
Also, they were not able to bring us towels when we asked for them saying they run out!
The worst part was in our last night when at 4am, a horny cat in heat was screaming at the first floor in front of our door. We went down to the reception and nobody was there. Reception was closed but the back door of the hotel was wide open. Hence the cat entering and wondered in the hotel. 
An absolute nightmare. 
Do not stay here!

Worst hotel ever!!!

Quiet and relaxed hotel, still under construction upcoming.
We was upgradet and get really fine service from super nice staff. 
Took an extra day to enjoy the fine Beach area.
We will be back again soon.

Super stay and super friendly staff

This hotel has potential but is in need of a lot of work. We paid for breakfast which was non existent. The bathroom in the room does not even have a door so there is no privacy if room sharing. Nowhere to hang towels. Staff do not clean rooms unless asked and even then only make bed not clean or replace towels.

We had several problems in the place. Here is the list: Rooms are disgusting, bed was broken, no proper working internet, place is dirty, workers try to do their best but they are not taught to do their job well, telephones working only in the lobby as it is remote place, food is not good, safety is 0, no safety box to your valuables even they say so, workers are forced to choose managements religious beliefs, elevators not working, no hot water, hanging cables in the shower, cheating in drinks and in foods (asked proper whiskey and got always some local rubbish), even menu is with a lot of choices they do not have even half of what they are telling to have, no compensation.

Stay away

We stayed in this hotel 1 night. The shower stays cold and the rooms are noisy, 

We booked a flight at the hotel from san vicente to manila. 
1. We didn’t wanted to go to Manila but we couldn’t get our money back because of a misunderstanding. Okay so far, we actually where looking for a ticket to Coron. 
2. It’s a 3 hour drive from El Nido to San Vicente. We told the hotel to call us when the flight was cancelled. We found out that after a half hour leaving the hotel the flight was cancelled. The hotel didn’t call us and let us go to San Vicente for nothing. Once we where in San Vicente we needed to wait there for the staff of skyjet and we told them we want a fully refund. After this we went back to El Nido. 
3. We called skyjet to get our money back, they told us go to hotel, there you can get your money back. 
We tried to contact the hotel by calling and texting but no reply. 
4.So we went in person and the lady at the reception who booked our flight claimed we didn’t ask for a money refund but went with the next flight a day later, but we are standing right here in El Nido. 
We have proof on email that we ask for a refund. 
The hotel rebooked our flight without telling us and where trying to blame us and we are still waiting for our refund now. 

So we are lucky to have proof of everything on email, it says that we ask for a refund directly. 
Please be careful with this hotel. 
Don’t book any flights from this hotel.
