I can’t begin to tell you how highly disappointed my family and I are.  Let me start by saying we purchased this hotel on Groupon and paid $250 for two nights, plus another $45 for resort fees.  That’s nearly $300 for what we consider the WORST hotel ever.  The entire place is under construction!  We arrived late on Friday night and had to walk all the way around the back where the check-in area is because the front is closed.  We have 2 small children and it was pouring.  When I walked in, I was already able to tell what kind of stay we were going to have.  The staff was talking about other people staying at the hotel, how they made mistakes with booking, and this and that.  Their language was very unprofessional.  The woman that checked us in said “sorry I have to give you these room keys without an envelope because I ran out.”  Then I asked for something to bring in our luggage since we have a very far walk from where parked and it was raining.  She tells me there are only “two of them” and to wait outside until I find one or one of the other persons staying at the hotel brings one out.  Then we get to our room and can hear everything next door.  The walls are so thin!  It was also very disgusting and muggy inside.  Even though the room was renovated, it smelled old.  So did the hallways.  The blanket was a thin throw blanket that you would use on your couch to watch tv, covered by a white sheet.  So do not expect down comforters or anything of that sort.  There were exactly THREE SMALL towels for us to use the entire stay!  Let me fast forward to our second day.  We read online that breakfast was included and that there were Mickey waffles and other hot food items.  It was my daughter’s birthday that morning and we couldn’t wait to at least enjoy breakfast.  When we went downstairs, there was a WHITE PAPER BAG, a fruit, and a small “hospital” juice!!!!!!!!  What on earth is this?!?!?  Once again, completely disappointed.  We spent the day at Magic Kingdom.  When we got back to the hotel, it was close to 1:00 AM.  THERE WAS NO PARKING!  I kept calling the main desk over and over and nobody would answer.  It even said “box full”.  I finally went inside and was told that we would have to either park in the DIRT next to the main road or at the hotel next door (very very far walk)!!!!  We have a sleeping 2 and 4 year old with us.  No way Jose!  When we got to the hotel, the staff was outside smoking cigarettes!!!!!!!!  No wonder nobody was answering!!!!!!  Oh and let me tell you something about the hotel in general - the people are low-class, all of them.  I hate to say it, but this is how they portray themselves.  When we were checking out, I asked to speak to the manager.  All the woman in the front could do was give me a card and told me to call and that “she has been giving these out all day”.  Well I wonder why!!!!  Let’s fast-forward to Tuesday.  I have been calling and calling (still either no answer or box full).  Somebody finally answered and provided a number for the manager.  However, the number she gave me is the same number I have been calling all of the time - the main desk!  We can’t stress how disappointed we are.  Please do not spend your money.  This place needs to close down until fully remodeled and hire all new staff members!!!!!!!!  I would never go back, never!!!!! 

VERY DISAPPOINTED!  Do not stay here!  WASTE OF MONEY!

Finally someone said it! Aileen T., the previous reviewer is correct. Stay away from this place. No reception area. The price is very unreasonable for the type of service and the amenities that they provide. "There are a lot of guests" should never be an excuse for the water supply shortage. If there are no other options and you want peace and quiet, do not stay in any of the rooms on the ground floor because once you step out of the room, that is already their lunch/dinner/drinking session hall.

Definitely not for family

The exterior of The Inn looks inviting, but that's where it ends! The pictures posted on Facebook are deceptive! Enter at your own risk! There is no check-n counter or reception area. We had to go through a gauntlet of rooms and people eating their lunch at tables strewn through a narrow hallway, to get to the stairs, to the 2nd floor where the owner lives. There were no signs informing us where & how to check in. . . . and the nightmare begins! We had to wait for 2 hrs. to enter our room, as the previous occupants hadn't checked out yet. When they did, we had to ask the janitor to have it cleaned. The room is a fire trap! No windows or vents! I doubt if the place has gone through a fire safety inspection. We had to share a common bathroom. This is horrific! Filthy would be an understatement! Seems like the janitor hasn't been in to clean it for ages.No trash bin, so everything (sand, hair, sanitary napkin wrappers, toilet paper, etc.) was on the floor. From the fb pics, you'd think that The Inn was a beach front property, but, it's not! One would have to walk through potholes & puddles to get to the beach. Once there, the beach was a surfer's dream, but a swimmer's nightmare. 1 - 2 ft. high waves pounded the shore. We picked the wrong time (rainy season) to go there, i guess! Going back, we read a sign telling us to clean up before we entered. There was no faucet or even a bucket of water outside to make this possible. There was, however, a rickety old pump which no one knew how to operate. It was so old that the mouth of the pump was slimy with moss. Oh, & did I mention that the entire 2nd floor didn't have a ceiling?? The owner said that floor was undergoing renovation. Meanwhile, the danger of falling debris & exposed electrical wires was very real! In all, pls. do not be deceived by the nice pics. of The Inn! It doesn't come cheap either!

They don’t accommodate us. The owner told us that they are no longer connected with you (expedia) so we need a refund 11,700
