This seems to be the best value for the standard in central Iligan.

There are more expensive hotels, some more modern, & many older, none represent better value, that I’ve stayed in.

The rooms are large, simple & clean, with tiled floors, air-conditioning.  No electric kettle,  but a flask of boiling water is provided on request.  The bathrooms are clean & a good size, showers are good.

This hotel was considered upper class when it was opened, but now is only a simple hotel. However, the room rates are low and you get what you pay for. Someone here in Tripadvisor uploaded images of dirty showers. The shower in my room was clean and not at all like the images. Generally my room was in good condition and there was no bad smell at all. It's true there is some noise from plaza outside so if you are sensitive, bring some ear plugs (actually I always bring ear plugs when i travel here because philippine downtown areas are always quite loud).

Large rooms, good service.

Old, but OK for the price.

Most comments are negative considering the hotel has been here for a while. Due to new hotels and suits there is less money for renovation. I have stayed there and it was fine like a normal hotel in iligan except in need of a few renovations. Aside from a hotel it has a floor especially for events and i had my birthday there. It was great for an old hotel. So to summarize the hotel isnt as great as others but is still an affordable one.

• Bath room mirror was really old, I can't even see my face. The faucet was well, needs maintenance/ Cleaning. not working well (no hot and cold) Bathroom flooring and toilet bowl was untidy. Old fashioned Air-conditioner but functional ( I was satisfied👍🏻)

Noise pollution and videoke till morning hahaha . Way back 1998 when I was still elementary i would consider it a 3 star hotel but today it needs upgrade. Good staff though. Its near the plaza. No problem with your ride though cause it's right near the highway hehehe

I've been to a couple of inns and hotels in the Ph, and this is, by far, the worst. I never expected a Php 1,100 room is this dirty and creepy at the same time. I've been to bed&breakfast in cdo. Their facilities were amazing, and it only costs us around Php925 i guess. For a hotel like this, I hope they'll renovate the entire bldg.

Worst

Plis you can find another hotel for that price the hotel was so dirty i dont know where to begin.. The shower heads was so discusting that nobody would ever try them out and the rooms was smeling so badley. Everything about the hotel is not worth the money. I would rather sleep in the street then go back to that hotel. It was one of the worst night of my life.
