I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided warm, personalized hospitality that made my visit truly memorable. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of Monique from the front desk staff, she is very approachable and friendly! Check-in was so smooth and all questions was answered politely and accurately. As a previous Front desk supervisor, your skills was exceptional. Thank you for giving us a nice view! Next is Jobel from Valet, Parking is quite high but you didn't hesitate to help us and because of you our car was safely parked. Ralph and Emman from concierge was eager to help me with my luggage, offered excellent recommendations for local attractions, or resolved a minor issue with efficiency and a smile. The attention to detail, from the spotless and comfortable room, thank you Blade from Housekeeping. The delicious food from breakfast buffet contributed to a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a high priority for your team, and I felt genuinely welcomed and valued throughout my stay.
