Went here with the family.  The accomodations were really nice but the ac vent was inside the bathroom.  Besides this, we enjoyed the bonfire pit that was set-up and the help of the staff with our bbq grill where we cooked some good steaks!!!

Almost perfect except that aircon vent was inside the bathroom!

Blue has been our public resort of choice for family gatherings for several years now due to the following:

- Less crowded. This is especially true during weekdays and in the morning. In fact, there was only 1 other family at the resort the other day. Come late afternoon (5pm onwards), more people usually arrive for night swimming.
- Affordable entrance fees. Entrance fees  are bit higher than Southwinds and Splash Mountain, but at less than Php 100 per person, is still very affordable. Cottages are also reasonably priced with tables and cottages ranging from Php 500-3000.
- Several pools to choose from with varying depths and water temperature. If you look cold water though, don't go here because they're warm to very hot.

The not so good:

-Comfort rooms and shower areas. While they have made improvements on these over the years, they are still not very clean and can have musty smell. Worse, the toilet area was flooded last time we went there! Indoor Shower areas are also dim, so we prefer to shower at the outdoor facility.
- Glamping facilities. They are a bit overpriced for the quality of beds and comfort rooms provided.
- Over development. Would have rated Blue a bit higher a year ago with cottages now less quaint, foliage cut back, and tables and tents/structures now cutting into the cozy green feel. Only new development that is an improvement over the old are the layered onsen-type round pools that cascade down the hill.

Tips: 

-Don't rent rooms. Stick with cottages/tables.
-Go in the morning if you want privacy.
-Go at night for pretty lighting.

Better than other public pools. Needs improvement.

Worse hotel I ever stayed overnight. Their room is over priced they don’t even warn you if the room is not yet ready. The lights doesn’t function well. The water of the CR over flows. But their other facilities are okay. Their price range starts at 3500 plus They also charge another 1000 pesos for the key but you can get it back after you check out. A total of 4500, The problem is that if you want to check out early and get the 1000 like what we did at 5am. You need to wait until 7am for the frontdesk to open. What kind of hotel that the frontdesk is not available anytime? it really is an inconvenience. We have a delivery. That 1000 would be for our gas money. To summarize them they really have a Poor management the only time that they are 24hrs open is on friday to sunday. A big loooooooong “Sighs” to you Blue Hotel Resort.

A hotel with a frontdesk that opens only at 7:00am

It is a non secured hotel resort. We decided to stay there over nyt,we rented a room for 3 and they upgraded us in a family room,with 2 rooms. Since we will not use the other room we decided to put all our bags to other room, the room that we want is reserve thru agoda. while we are away to swim, and returned, we noticed that my iPhone, oppo phone ipad, and our 12k money was not there inside our bag.we reported to their Management, but unfortunately they did not Do anything to help us. The manager was not able to contact the owner of the resort because they are accountable with that.. Instead he told us the file a demand. But all we want is to assure us that they will do something to help us.. That's why we are very disappointed. We will let God to punish them..
That is why I don't recommend this resort.. It may be pleasant and beautiful in the pictures but mind you, You will regret it.. 😕😠

Disappointing, Horrible, 1/10 rating

Talked to nonsense Lisa, in charge of marketing. She's very rude, way way rude!!!. I bet She doesn't know what customer service means. This resort is very lucky that the lowest rating Tripadvisor can offer is one star......ZERO is justifiable!!!. I wonder if the Korean resort owners read the reviews and comments here....I don't think so....because that rude, nonsense, no etiquette Lisa is still doing her thing. She's a big big big liability to the property. Stay away from this resort!!!

Very poor service!!

We tried their "glamping" but was disappointed when we saw the tent. It was different from what we saw in the internet. There were too many people even late at night, even at 11 pm! Worse, we requested for a fan around 6pm before we left for dinner, and another request at 10 pm since the aircondition was not in good condition. No response. They brought the fan and suggested that we transfer to another room at 1 am only after we call for the 3rd time. Seems like you need to be angry before they will act. By the way, they don't provide towels and even tissue paper. Will never go back to this place again.
