Abaksa Beach Resort

They have been renovating this place this year and so far, so good. It feels like visiting a relative's place because it's a family-operated resort. Hospitality is ok! I recommend their villa (great for family of 7-10) because the price is very generous for the size. You have your own kitchen, living room, etc. Thanks to the owner for showing me around.. Will come back soon

It has improved a lot! Enjoyed my stay

This is a family-run resort. The resort was renovated and we enjoyed our stay. You can also request for breakfast if you come in early, like us we checked in at 6:00 am traveling from Quezon City. They also offer lunch and merienda. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the food! :) You can also request for a videoke. They also offer island hopping. They also have other properties in Batangas just ask the staff.

i would rate the place #1 in the worst beaches / resort in batanggas! the surroundings are not at all clean ang very unpleasant. plus the staff would tell u the room rates then later on they would change it and automatically add 1000 in it. plus they even asked as to pay 200 each per person. The location of the resort is a turn down too! not convenient for travellers. I dont like the place the moment i saw it plus the staff needs customer service seminars.

My friends and I had our worst weekend beach getaway experience at this resort. Each room costs at PhP3, 500. We got the Villa which has four rooms with bathroom and and another one without bathroom costs PhP2, 500. That's a total of PhP 16, 500 plus an entrance fee of PhP 100 per person. 
A downpayment of 50% was asked and we we complied. But upon checking in, the rude receptionist is bugging us to pay for the entrance fees and the balance payment. We always stay in resorts and balances are always paid upon check out. We found out later why  they kept on bugging us to pay. There are a lot of reason:
1. Their water supply is rusty. Taste , smell like rust. You can't even take a bath and toothbrush using their water.
2. Their shoreline is full of trash/ garbage. Name it they have it from diaper, to feces of dogs to shirts, socks, slippers and a dead cat!
3. Their TV is so tiny and has only 1 or 2 working channels.
4. Their swimming pool is so small that it can only accomodate kids ( 4 feet depth) and I would not even let the kids get in.
5. We asked in the morning how much money it will take to built a bonfire and the receptionist told us PhP 30. Come night time, it's PhP 150 plus assembly fee of PhP 50.  We really hate this resort.
6. The resort is so crowded with beach huts.
7. Stray dogs waiting outside our door always looking for food.
8. We came to the resort with unkempt rooms. When we arrrived, we have to request them to change sheets, asked for towels, the sliding doors does not even have a lock for security and that's our main door. Right then and there, they manage to put a lock that can easily be put out of place when you yanked it.
9. Their wall clock is not functioning.
10. Did I tell you that they kept on bugging us for the remaining balance more than five times.
Upon checking out, we aired our problems so they can resolve it and not taint the name of the resort. Instead of offering an apology, they told us that the beach is just the way it is and it's not their problem. We will never ever go back to this resort
