Me and my family stayed at this resort for a night. We checked in the 20pax bedroom, 5 queen sized beds and 5 queen sized pull out beds. We had our own bathroom, 2 shower cubicles and 2 comfort rooms, it had 3 sinks. We had large cabinets and a small cable television. The best part is, FREE BREAKFAST in their verando
overlooking the church.

They also have a pool with a slide :-)
Has parking space and the staff are just so accomodating and nice. They have free coffee for all their guests!! :-)

Almost similar to Hotel Veneto but a bit cheaper in price. Rooms resemble a mixture of an old architectural filipino design and modernized by presence of tv, personal ref and aircon. Wifi connection is good but sometimes difficult to connect.
Parking is available infront but can accommodate a limited number of vehicles, thus it's on a first come first served basis.
It is 1 or 2 blocks away from Calle Crisology and Plaza of Vigan where you can watch water fountain show.

They hosted the event that we went to as well as catered and for a whole week we were not disappointed. The room we had was cold and comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming. Authentic Vigan experience.

Heritage Hotel of Vigan

Where do I start, when we got there yes we were given keys, but one room had a very bad smell and they had to give another room, one room did not have the card key so they had to have normal metal key, non of the rooms had soap or toilet paper we had to ask.the breakfast nxt morning just enough for a young child not for grown ups,and no toast either. At about 8pm another family put their crying child into the hall way for about 1 hr, then nxt morning that child crying was put again in hall way at 6am to 7am, the staff did nothing about it and the front desk just a few feet away and staff there too. I would not say this a good place to stay if there are young children there crying As the staff just dont care. Location ok to go to places.I told them I would write bad about the hotel they did not care.

Place was nice and comfortable. We didn't have any complaints. It was a little far from the main town though. Tricycle was available outside the hotel so it was no big deal traveling from hotel to town. Breakfast was fine. Room was comfortable. We generally enjoyed our stay.

Overall experience is okay but hotel needs to improve on the ff:

Hotel restaurant only accepts order until 10pm.
Room is a little dusty.

Filtered my search in Agoda for restaurant and swimming pool. To my surprise when we arrived at the hotel is that there is no restaurant. One of the main reasons why we booked for this hotel is because of the swimming pool which my kids were excited about. That excitement was replaced with total disappointment. The swimming pool was very very dirty, you can see the dirt build up was so thick. Another downside is that the heater was not working when using the faucet. No chiller to keep some drinks cold. Cable/tv was very blurry. No internet in the room. No plans on going back.
