The Elizabeth hotel is a must visit in the Ayala Cebu Area , because all around they function on a higher level in terms of quality for the price, facilities and overall experience of a well managed staff. The entrance to the facility you are treated with care by door attendants they will get you transportation with a smile and ensure you are welcome from the start of your visit. The front desk personnel handles you in a professional and accommodating manner, I have been here several times and they go beyond the call of duty to make my stay a rewarding one, answering questions, providing details of my stay not only in the hotel but questions of transportation or areas to visit. I could not write this review without mentioning the restaurant staff and room attendant’s as well. The food and customer service is excellent for taste and quality.
