stayed here for 3D2N with my friend. It was easy to find, located inside the DMall street and nearby the beach front too. Staff is so friendly and helpful.
although the room is too small, its ok for me and my friend as we’re not planning to stay in the room all day. Safety deposit box is available in the room, as well as the fridge and small tv (with a bad signal maybe because it was raining back then) it was quite noisy at night time because of the Bar nearby (not sure what it is called) But all in all our stay is okay. 
bathroom is too small too, its not easy to move around when you’re tall 😅



Perfect Location

My friends and I booked 2 rooms at GemTalk Suites. We stayed 4D3N last December till New Year. The hotel allowed us to stay in one room although our check out time was 12noon and we didn't pay any extra charges which we greatly appreciate. The location of the hotel is just great, at station 2 and right next to where all the fun and action is. Towels and toiletries were provided and although we spent more time outside in the sun, we still had a good nights rest. We plan to visit again hopefully same time around this year. Thank you Boracay and thank you GemTalk for an unforgettable vacation.

Room was very neat and clean but a little bit noisy cause it was near the bar (Epic). It had a kitchenette that was complete with utensils, and it had a fridge. Bed was fine. AC was good also. The WiFi worked at first but was slow the next day. But all in all -- was a good stay. Practical & Very Good Location. Would def stay there again next time!

Stayed at room 205. Literally 30 second walk from the beach. At the center of everything, shops around are good and affordable. Cozy bed, clean sheets, friendly and caring staffs! AC is good, showers are clean, complete with microwave, a small refrigerator, water heater, flat screen TV with Cable, Internet access is good as well.

Definitely coming back after a few months! Two thumbs up :) 

Great Value!

Immediately walking into the room I was greeted by a supremely cold air conditioned room.  Marvelous.  Me and my girlfriend let out a sigh at the door. The room was clean,  the apartment was centrally located,  just walk out the door and everything is there,  shopping,  restaurants,  and bars. Within footsteps of the beach. Who needs the swimming pool with the beach in front of you. Nobody knows where the hotel is because it is located on the second floor above all the shops. The quality of your stay at GEMtalk is reliant upon how you choose to use your time.  Because everything was outside my door,  I only used the room to sleep and shower.
