very old 1 story hotel with a bar and pool. 24hr room service. rooms are old and musty, dirty carpet, no hot water, no free toiletries. pool table. security box at front desk. old style key on a giant key chain. very low budget hotel.

old and ragged

This is an old style motel room.  But everything is there.  It’s old, it’s tired, it needs some love.  But the customers are the same.  Old men in their 60s to 80s with their lady friends for the night/week.  It is not a family hotel.
But everything is clean and reasonably maintained.
Internet is poor, but this is the Philippines.
Rooms are very quiet.  Even among the strip joints and karaoke bars. 
Truly one of the best restaurants in The Philippines.  Not high cuisine, but good stomach filling stuff.  250 menu items, of all types of cuisines, at really good prices.
I’m really happy to have stayed here.

Old, rough, and in need of some love.  And that’s the customers!

Ordered takeout and manager very friendly. I wanted chicken wings and sold out. Paid 235 and order drum chicken and sold out. So paid extra 200 and got chicken breasts and peas and potatoes. Very yummy and manager very friendly. He said you can live his hotel 1200 a night. Hotel is close to the friendship area.

Great food

Never coming back because of what happened to us. The receptionist was spreading rude rumors about us to the other guest which in fact my friend. Their room was  small and old which is okay for it's price but their are a lot of new hotels in the nearby area which exactly has the same priced. You can definitely find much better hotels with nice customer service!!!

I revisited this hotel after a 5 year period. The prices are very good and the rooms are comfortable. The service is excellent , some of the staff have been here for 20 yrs.  Whilst some changes have taken place, some rooms have had carpets replaced with tiled floors. However in this day and age one comes to rely on the internet or Wifi, this is appalling, despite being in a room with a router outside it was almost impossible to connect.The first night was spent in a room with no hot water whatsoever had I had to change rooms, the wifi was equally as bad in the second room. The food in the restaurant is very good, reasonably priced with large proportions.

First visit for 5 years

I stayed three nights in a deluxe room. Both the hotel and the room could afford a refurbishment. Something special about the hallway is the pool, although not quite large enough to relax and spend a few hours in the room. The hotel is located at the beginning of the Perimeter Road, but it is well suited for men who stay there (but not at all). The hotel has a very nice dining room, but I didn't have to go to the hotel, and the hotel had a very convenient location, but I had to go to the Phoenix Mall.

Medium hotel with pool

The hotel is located a little outside of downtown Los Angeles, which is very nice to see the state of downtown, not far from the airport and stuck between several bars and hotels with a sexual nature but still seems to be different from them. The hotel is certainly a little old and the pool unattractive but the hotel is clean, the staff is smiling and pleasant, and later they offer you a volunteer to check out later, very convenient if you have a late afternoon plane for example.

Hotel a little old but clean and quiet

Arriving late we were disappointed by the general appearance of the hotel, the tandard room was really in a very modest state see tres limit, the door not closing without the lock the red carpet tres usee the furniture quite old despite a refrigerator, the climate too noisy and an atmosphere tres glaucr see lugubrer. the pool is on the entrance of the hotel and does not give a feeling to swim in it.

At first we get scared on this street, but eventually it's a proper hotel and not a pass hotel. We eat well there, and we can play pool, the rooms are old and the bathroom is not clean, but for one night it passes.
