It was Victor's suggestion to drive the extra distance into the Andes to Huaraz. My daughter wanted to mix culture and surf. Our hike to Laguna 69 was a life-time achievement and memory for my daughter, and the high point of our trip. We saw the Chavin and Chimu ruins and countless wonders. Other than that, he is an excellent and safe driver, knew accomodations all along the way. He saved us money, found us surf, and was a friend in every way. Surf in Chicama was surreal during the good swell.
