The worst accommodation of my life! we wanted to rest only a couple of hours and bathe in the pool while waiting for the flight back to Lima and we found a completely unhealthy, dirty pool and the room was disastrous. i don't know which was worse, whether the room or the pool. unfortunately we had already paid. old and dirty facilities. a total lack of maintenance!!! really, my worst experience in accommodation. i don't recommend it, nor to rest for a couple of hours.

This is horrible!!!

Horrible and stinky room, no hot water, very slow wifi, bed like one from the jail, no conditioning air and fan broke (Piura is too hot at night), no miserably soap and shampoo in bath, advert says "breakfast included"... false, breakfast start at 8am so if you have to leave before 8am won't receive anything.Close to this hostel you can find a better places to stay and cheaper. Please Orbitz remove this hostel of your hotel's list.Thania!

Actually is a terrible Hostel, not a hotel

We stayed there one night after we left a loud hostel looking for a more relaxing place in a nice area.
We had a great time, a pool for ourselves, a fan in our room and it was very quiet.
The owner helped us with everything we needed. Checkout is at 12:30 but our flight was at 7pm therefore he lead us stay until 5 without an extra fee.
The hotel provides breakfast, soap, towels and you can Pay in dollars or soles.
I highly recommend las arenas, just 5$more than a crowded load hostel, we paid 30$ for a double bed private which is really cheap .
Only thing I would improve is cleaning the floor, it was very dirty.

Great place

A hotel with the basic amenities that does not meet the standards in terms of hospitality.The beds are too basic to be uncomfortable.The TV, towels, bathrooms need an urgent refurbishment.The hotel is comfortable but in the face of so much competition, they need to be renovated!

A basic, centrally located hostel; clean but very, very standard. Enough to overnight and follow your journey. Due to its location, it could be exploited much further to provide a better service.

basic how to do your climb north.

No breakfast, no air conditioning, only tea and ventilator, the bed is a little hard, some of the windows are broken, I didn't like it, it looks nice outside, but the room I was in wasn't so nice, it was not well received by the staff.

It is a regular hostel.

A place with ok rooms and a decent pool. Not so friendly staff, but ok. What makes ut bad is the breakfast. When you pay mlre than 100 soles I think you can expect more than toast with jam. Not even juice or tea. Worst breakfast I have seen of all the hotels all over the world. It is cheap and greedy of the hotel - nothing else. 

Ok rooms but horrible breakfast

It is a very simple hotel, with only the basic amenities (TV, air conditioning or ventilator) for overnight stays, a swimming pool and a small dining area.

Enough to spend the night.

The location is great only a few blocks from shopping, casinos and eats. Not to mention  souvenir shopping at Catacaos is not too far away - just over the bridge about 20 mins by car. I feel the rate for a double room for 3 is too high for a room on the street side. There is a lot of traffic and noise (honking). Keep this in mind as the city is up late and up early if you get a street side room. The room we got was below average, first floor by the pool, with air conditioning. The door did not fit the frame and it was not a solid door (hollow). This explains the mosquitos in the room as there is an inch of open space at the top, bottom and the sides of the door. I have paid for less at other hotels that were of better quality. The rest of the room was fair - beds were a little stiff, cable tv, and a desk w/chair. The Continental breakfast was fair - toast, coffee, and mango juice. You can add eggs ($) n such which is a plus. The lobby, restaurant, staff, and pool area were all fair. Side note if you are in the mood for pizza like I was - I was happy to find a Papa Johns and Pizza Hut in the surrounding area about 20 minutes walking if you like walking. 

Great Location, Overpriced, Below Average 

Single rooms are big enough and with comfortable beds. Some rooms have A/C with little extra cost. Breakfast a modest, but enough to start your day (Note: I don't eat too much). There is a swimming pool and look good for kids (I saw lots of kids having fun). I should also point out that the building looks a bit old. Perhaps, this is a good option when traveling solo or with family or friends under a limited budget.
