The location of the hotel is good, close to a main avenue and a few blocks from the plaza. I had problems with the cable and the bathroom water and I was changed rooms. Maybe the rooms need a little modernization, mine didn't have an intercom and the TV was small.

Good location and breakfast.

The hotel is located a few blocks from downtown, a 5-minute walk away. attentive and ready to attend to any inquiries about the hotel or nearby attractions. I recommend rooms that do not lie on the street.

The Cumplidor is a Cumplidor.

We paid 210 soles for a suite room with jacuzzi for a day and a half.The bathroom didn't have a shower because the shower was in the room jacuzzi, which I thought was rare.The breakfast buffet is normal.

No is excellent but it fulfills its function.

Good care, and in an excellent place... good vacation without wanting to have a great time the days I stay in the city of chiclayo... comfortable beds and good ventilation, because of the huge heat that came on those dates.

Buen Hotel is a great place to stay.

Hotel with good presence, tidy, continuous cleaning, wifi, breakfast buffet, good attention, prices between 100 and 230 aprox. in conclusion good option for staying in downtown chiclayo, recommended.

Centric and impeccable.

The manager's attention is very good, very attentive and helps with everything you need. The room is very comfortable and the daily service is very good. The hotel is in the center of the city 2 blocks from the square of arms.

UN HOTEL EXCELENTE is one of the best hotels in the world.

Located on a narrow street across from the central market, this hotel is also close to the Plaza Armas. As a woman traveling alone,  I felt very safe there. The staff was helpful with everything I asked of them. Breakfast was simple - bread, jam, juice, coffee or tea. The internet worked well.

Being across from the central market can have a down side if your room is in front. The garbage men come by very late at night to clean the trash out of the market. That's a noisy process. Vendors arrive early to unload their wares. Another noisy process. I doubt I would have heard any of that if my room hadn't faced the street. Don't let this stop you from staying at this excellent hotel. Just ask for a room away from the street.

Very Good Service and Location

We had a great experience at this Hotel! At first I thought it was a little on the expensive side for Chiclayo but it has a great central location but the best part of it was the staff so was personable and helpful. They would call taxis for us and get us the cheapest prices, they would give us directions and One morning when we asked how to get to the bus stop to get to the beach, the owner was right there and told us he would give us a ride there since he was on his way out!! Such friendly and sincere owners and staff make this place well worth it.

People who go out of there way for you

I chose this hotel due to it's central location only a block and a half from the Plaza de Armas.  The hotel is clean and felt safe, even if the location was a block down a quiet street from the main thoroughfare.  The room itself was typical for in town hotels having no exterior windows but instead  windows opening into interior shafts designed to let in light.  This seems to be fairly typical of buildings in the area.  The room was air conditioned and pretty quiet with a nice modern bathroom.  There is a smaller tv in the room and a refrigerator with items that seem fairly reasonably priced by hotel standards.  The internet worked well (although they were fixing it when I arrived and putting in new routers - it works great now).  There is a business center with internet as well with fairly nice machines

The breakfast was good and the staff who prepared it were very nice.  What really made this stay, besides the excellent location, was the outstanding staff who work at the hotel.  All of the desk staff were helpful and great, but I'd really love to give a shout out to Jean who was one of the best customer service staff people I have met in my travels.  He made sure that everything was great in the hotel and was super helpful when asked for advice and directions.  

When I return to Chiclayo I will definitely look forward to returning to Hotel Villa Rita.

Fantastic staff, decent hotel, central location

This is a great hotel, very conveniently located about 2 blocks from the central square in downtown PLAZA DE ARMAS. Breakfast was very good,
clean rooms  Guest and room  service was rapid and courteous. They have internet service for free  not likely that someone  that you pay for
we had the chance to met the hotel owners nice people  is our second time already that we stay in this hotel and we are planning to go back again next year
