I spent a few days in this B&B and I couldn´t be more satisfied, the people there were so generous and very well educated. The owner studied in Michigan and his sister is there all the time making sure everything runs smoothly. The room was very spacious, they gave me a queen size room and the bed was very confy. The bathroom is very white and clean with a great shower. I had the best coffee you can ever imagine, they have a coffee house on the first level and it is considered one of the best coffee houses in Miraflores, from what I heard they have the best Barista in Peru along with the best coffee beans, every morning I got up with that great flavor of coffee. For lunch time they receive about a hundred people for their home made menu, mostly peruvian meals, they go for about five dollars per person, it was great.

I have stayed at Nathano's three times for a total of about 60 days, yes I like it that much, I will be back! The owner Orlando and his sister Gisela both are bilingual, Spanish-English and they truly care very much about their customer's comfort. I never had a concern about my security at Nathano's or in the Miraflores neighborhood even at night. My second floor bedroom with the small patio overlooking the restaurant courtyard was fun and entertaining. The patio view is not just of the restaurant courtyard, you can also see a neighborhood bakery as well as a small grocery store across the street, and for color, a local woman sells fruit from a sidewalk fruit cart. The restaurant Nathano's is busy between noon and 2:00pm, the food is typical Peruvian, very popular with locals and the menu changes daily but will cost you less than $8.00 US. You can order organic coffee, lattes, or teas as well as pies, cakes and sandwiches until late at night. Breakfast comes with the room. I must mention the cheerful staff that take pride in their work, they are all professional and enjoy their work.

Nice B&B in the heart of Miraflores

Fun atmosphere, caring owner, organic coffee, Peruvian food.

Communication via email after booking online was great.  We had agreed to book a taxi with surcharge through the hotel and they were supposed to have a sign meeting us right outside customs hall in LIM.  No taxi showed- we arranged our own at airport.  Not sure where the breakdown was....my Spanish is not that good.

Clean room - great breakfast - room and bathroom have plenty of space - no AC, opened the window at night and was fine.

Staff is very nice and accommodating -- needed directions and hair dryer.  Orlando the owner also advised us about pending strike by the transportation workers.  This was good to know!  We enjoyed walking around the area and felt safe.  Great location in MiraFlores--one thing to note there is another Casa Bella in MiraFlores and another one in Ysidro I believe--must say Casa Bella Grand Reserve.

Nice hotel

We booked into Casa Bella San Isidro and were moved to this location which is one of their 5 locations. Since the neighbourhood was ok we did not protest. The rooms however were not clean; bathroom floor and sink dirty and beds full of black hairs; yellow stained filthy sheets like they had not been changes in ages. After complaining we received new sheets which were a little better then the ones on the bed. Overall friendly staff & decent breakfast. 

Goo location but not clean 

its is a nice building with a lot potential. The manager and all the crow is very very kind and lovely, actually that the only reason i didn't move to other hotel. They will try to help you as much as they can And some speak well English. 
On the 1th floor there is a nice restorant and on the 2th There is just 3 rooms, very beautiful and larg but....
If you love your room clean and smell good stay away from that hotel. I travel 6 weeks in peru staying in different 2-3 stars hotels all over and that hotel was the most expensive (59$ per night) and the most unclean one. It was my last 2 nights in peru and wasnt a good chose :(

If they will get a good cleaning service it will make all the different ... and will be lovely ...

Also the hotel is located on a small junction, a little noisy.
