Business Hotel's

This hotel is truly like Dickens‘ Tale of Two Cities. It is the best of times and the worst of times. First off, the staff is amazing, they are very kind and always helpful. Most speak at least some English, which is rare in many hotels in Lima. They are also protective of their guests. I even left an expensive bottle of cologne in the hotel and they went out of their way to find it for me. I actually planned on only staying there for one week, but the staff was so friendly and helpful that I stayed for well over a month. It is also very centrally located. You can get anywhere that you may want to go in Miraflores and parts of Barranco for about $2 by Uber. That being said, do NOT walk into Surquillo. It is near a very dangerous area and I don’t recommend walking anywhere late at night. The rooms are not fancy and the internet often doesn’t work. But, you get what you pay for. Use your phone’s internet if you live here. If you do this then it is more than sufficient if you are just looking for a place to sleep. Also, they don’t have cable, but that didn’t matter to me.
