Royal Inn Hotel Juliaca

I stayed for just one night in the Juliaca's Royal Inn, it was comfortable and nice, everything very clean and the restaurant offered good food. My experience with the rooms was far from other traveler's, I got a pretty cozy bed with a good mattress, and they looked new, maybe the made a recent remodeling or something. But there's one thing I found in Royal Inn that I value over any inconvenience, and that is loyalty, honesty and a staff devoted to excellent costumer service. When I arrived to the hotel I had just noticed my iPhone had been lost in the boat in Puno. Off course it was crazy and sad for me to deal with it, and these people helped me in every way they could at the momet. Sadly, even though they could reach directly the captain of our boat, he said there was nothing in our seats. I came back to Costa Rica and I just let it go. Until one day someone connected the phone to the internet and I got my Find my iPhone alarms all over. It was there in the boat in the middle of the lake. Long story short, how could a girl in Costa Rica track down a stolen cell phone in Puno and finally get it back? Because there are wonderful people in this world, willing to help expecting nothing in exchange, like the staff in Royal Inn. Their manager Alex, Isaias and the front desk girls have been amazing with me. They called the tour agency that took us to the lake, contacted the captain again and finally recovered my phone. It is now on a long journey to Costa Rica. Thank you, thank you thank you forever! So many important information an photos that I hadn't had the chance to upload to my iCloud account. Thanks to them I'll get them back. So, to all the travelers going to Juliaca or Puno (they have another hotel there), know that there's a place where you can trust the people and will get an exceptional service.
