This kind, patient gentleman and His family, Made a vacation nearly ruined by an online rental gone bad!...Wonderful!
Provided Us with good, safe and economical shelter.(during the holidays). Transportation in His private car at reasonable, comparable prices to taxis. All in the Sacred Valley area, which can be quite costly.My sombrero, off to these people.

The hotel is in a good location (5 min walk from the main plaza).
 The rooms are nice and had all the facilities I needed for my stay (wi fi, hot water,tv,balcony)
The people,and especially Javier the manager are really nice and willing to help.
For all of these I paid 60 soles for a room that can fit 3 people,which I think is a very good price.

I stayed @ this hostal last week, I found it very nice and relaxing, I loved the courtyard.  I picked this hostal due to it is location.  The rooms are nice very confortable and peaceful I was looking for some relaxing place and I found it there, I will go back for sure. It is a mystic place like Cuzco.  Service was great.

Good value for the price

Very nice

Worst Hostel /hotel ever!!!! Don't go there!!! The room is nice, but the staff is really bad. Whenever you ask or need something (for example toiletpaper) they give you a look as though you where asking something stupid (by the way: only one roll of toiletpaper a day! Great idea if your ill with diarea!!!). They wanted to charge me for a cup of tea for my sick husband, even though the water was only warm (other Hostels will give you as much tea as you like, especially when someone is ill!).  
When I told them, that the water was cold, they simply said no it wasn`t. I had to tell them twice, until they did something about it. The same happened with the remote control. They simply look in you face and  tell you, no, it`s working.... but it isn`t. And they don't even bother to check or to stay: "ok, I'll see what I can do about it"!!! I got really cross with them... after all, I`m not stupid and I don`t like beeing treated as though I were!

Just one suggestion, for the same price, you can get much more better in the city...

- don't take into account internet reservation, we arrived in the middle of the night and no room was available for us.
- the proprio is a woman who is not nice at all... she won't try to find solution for you, just make you pay the maximum!
- only 2 shower for everybody and there are outside and not clean at all !!!!!!!! 
- room are also not clean... not so big and bed are not changed !
- breakfast is really bad!

Nothing to say except that you can find better for the same price and even less (with breakfast, private bathroom and wifi!)
