74 reviewsWe arrived super early to Cusco that day and the staff immediately showed us a room to rest. The hotel room was very spacious. There wasn't enough hot water to go around at night but the staff was very quick to fix that. The rooms were quite cold at night time but there was a small heater in the room. They don't speak very good English but was very friendly. On our last day, we had an early check-out time and the staff prepared an amazing breakfast for us (which was outside the regular breakfast time) and booked a taxi for us to drop us off at the airport.
