Only stayed for one night but room was very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. Loved the free breakfast and that they got us cheap transport to the airport (15 sol). Also nice of them to store our bags for a few hours after checkout while we toured the city. Would definitely visit again!

Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Clean room and very friendly staff. Wifi was fast enough to watch a movie late at night (4th floor). Complimentary breakfast was delicious (eggs, buns, fresh papaya juice, coffee & fruit bowl). They also helped us call an airport taxi for getting from the airport. There is a nice store on the 2nd floor where we were able to buy alpaca socks for a very low price. Overall great stay!

That is comfortable casa. Especially bed is lovely big size. Staff is very kind.

The property is older. Don’t expect much. But it’s what we need a place to sleep shower and close to everything. Staff was great.

Extremely accommodating and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Quiet. Conveniently located three blocks from Cusco's Plaza de Armas. Restaurants and shops close by. Hotel a bit run down; a bit of paint and a new carpet on steps would help. Good value for the cost.

You get what you paid for so don’t expect them to go above and beyond. At least the staff was nice.

They gave us a tiny single bed, not the Queen size bed, Room was not ready even though we arrived at 3 pm, Hotel real name is Hotel del Inca - The place is a bit worn down, the bathroom is tiny we asked to be changed, they said they'll come back to us to assign a new room, never happened.There is better places to stay in Cusco.It is close to the main places in the center so if you dont mind all the above i guess is ok to stay here

A night front desk guy was very helpful. He was trying to help me to cancel my tour even thought he does not speak English well. However, I also had bad experience. I asked a receptionist for Laundry in the morning as the front desk said it would be by tonight. However, when I went to pick up the Landry, they completely forgot to do it. As there are a lot of places which offer Landry service around here, I was going to bring it to other place which can be done in 2 hours. The front desk insisted to do it here, but they charged double price for my 4.3kg for 50S (over 15 US dollars for my three pants and three t-shirts!!) It was supposed to be 5S. per 1 kg. In short, don’t ask for Landry at hotel if you need to get it back on time.  Intermittent hot shower and Weak/slow WiFi signals.

the bedroom was nice except for the noise most of the night.  it took a long time to get warm water for a shower..  good breakfast and the management was friendly.

Limited English, but helpful. Don’t ask for Landry

I was placed into this hotel as a solo traveler when booking an 8 day tour through Viator (owned by TripAdvisor). This hotel is certainly not deserving of its 3 stars. The rooms have no heat, and the space heater provided upon request was extremely dangerous and overheated to the touch. They only provide one towel (which is paper thin and not able to wrap around me) even when asking for another towel, because mine was soaked. I tried to bring a friend to my room to hang out, and the front desk (no one who speaks any English works here) told me I would have to pay $20 USD to allow anyone else in my room. The keys are big and must be left with the front desk upon leaving the hotel premises (which doesn’t make me feel safe about my belongings). 2 stars at best.
