Beautiful villa converted into a cosy hotel. The hotel is situated in a quiet area. Only a short walk to the Plaza de Armas. Staff follows covid rules to the point. Breakfast was served individually in our rooms.

Beautiful old building with lovely terrace.

7 minutes from the historic center in a residential area, and very quiet. A very cozy house with an excellent breakfast, very complete to start the day. Available hot water for a tea, matte de Coca if you need to acclimatize. Taxis 5 soles of the center if you do not want to walk. And 25/30 soles to the airport. Jhaxaira received us, very attentive as Lucy. And good directions and maps for ubicarnos of the center. Access to good restaurants on foot or by taxi. Very good price.

Excellent stay at the hotel.

Located in the Selve Alegre district, a short distance from the historic center of Arequipa, it is a small hotel full of charm and woodworking.

In a quiet neighborhood

Not only the warmth of its staff, but also the location is simply spectacular, the hotel is in perfect condition, you could say that it is a case that right here in Lima could be considered Cultural Heritage.

The silence, the view, clean, the kindly service and the very godo breakfast.

I loved the place, more than a hotel is being at home, the people are very friendly and super accessible. It's better to book directly and coordinate in advance. 100% recommended, it's in a quiet and beautiful urbanization.

This place- with the right investment of manpower, planning and minor investment could be a great boutique hotel. It's location is great...just a 10-15 minute walk to either of the 2 Plazas in town. The room has an excellent bathroom - with a bath.  Key improvements would include:Staffing: Younger cleaners- not grandma's who could be forgiven for not bending down- at theiri age- to clean the dust that can be seen accumulating under the beds..More staff so your guests won't be left at the front gate- ringing the entry bell to no avail because the lone receptionist is also required to help out in the short-staffed kitchen during breakfast or do cleaning/other tasks during the dayFacilities in the roomA bin in the room please- not just a bin for the bathroomTissues in the room please - not just toilet roll in the bathroomA Kettle and a cup for drinking hot tea/coffee in the evening.There was only a hot water thermos flask in the downstairs breakfast room and it was tiresome to walk up and down the stairs just to get hot water from there... plus it wasn't really monitored that well....often the water had grown cold or had run out

This could be a great boutique hotel but...

We had a couple of problems with our stay at this hotel. we chose it because of the quiet location and the beautiful photos they have on the internet, but when we arrived we realized that it would be very different from what we thought. to start with, we requested two suites, a king and a queen, but the rooms that were given to us were a single and a double queen (two beds). the guy at the reception told us that these are the suites, and gave us the price to pay. it was 11pm and we did not make the biggest issue because we wanted to sleep. in addition to very large and hard lunches, and a cold shower window, we had no major problems in my room. however, my boss wanted to change the hotel because the rooms were clearly charging portions that were assigned to us, but we were soon discharged. but the idea of the girl's room was that the room was being managed as well as the prices of the two rooms were, and in fact, the prices of the two rooms were clearly declining, and, finally, we did not have any major problems in our room.

Traveling with family and the hotel is simply wonderful, central location but quiet, the staff very friendly, the cleaning and facilities A1..... super recommended.

Hotel far from the center and different from what is offered on the internet. We had requested a room with two beds and when we arrived it was not there. We were asked to wait two hours before bringing us a second bed. We asked to see other rooms and they were all different and worse than the ones proposed by the official photos of the facility. The lights were all very nice, to the extreme savings. There was no heating so it was cold! And we went downstairs and the morning was noisy. In the morning, breakfast was very scarce and the tables were not clean. They just urged us to have something to eat.
