I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. A bit out the way on a hillside but the hotel gave me free transport every day and if I want to go out they even helped to pick me up afterwards. Rooms was full white, very clean and the service was very friendly. OK the rooms do not have AC but it was nice and cool at night, you do not need it. In the mornings breakfast was prepared for you personally and no buffet old cold food which was a nice change. The best part was that I made friends with other guests and the owner let us have our own BBQ using the hotel kitchen at night. I personally would not have enjoyed Palau as much if I did not stay here.

Well deserved Holiday

We stayed here during Easter holiday. We were attracted by the Loft style interior. When we check in. I found that I must made a wrong decision
1. U need to pass by a small road where u can c a lot of low income ppl cottages. Excuse me, this resort charge the highest price in Palau! But the neighborhood can't reflect it!
2. When u get into the room, more surprise! 
First , u found the air condition is like 20 or 30 years old. And it's not working at all! 
They put a/c in the hotel facility list when I booked them!  I asked the boss next day, they have no intention to change the a/c! Non of the room has a/c?! The boss said she never used a/c for 2 years..... Can u imagine staying in Equator area, without air condition ?
Everyday when I pass by any where . Seeing any kind of hotel which has a air con. I was really regret!  First night, we did not sleep at all, too hot.  They ate very nice to change us another room, which is room 1. It's cooler. We barely survive I. The following days. 
3. There has no glass windows in the room! 
Can u imagine? What gonna happen when raining? They only use mosquito net to cover the windows.... Not fully cover! 
My Luggage were wet after raining. The floor too! The boss told me  that once there were typhoon.. All clients  moved down to the hall( very dim and ugly )and stayed together for a night  and watched movie together....... I really don't know what to say..... The restaurant in the ground floor is there only normal space . But when raining. U can't eat there. All chairs and table will be wet! 
4. Breadfast? I don't like it at all. They pre made it and wrapped it  for u. I want fresh fry egg or sausages. Not cold one! Yes, many flies while eating!  Ppl are very kind there, I requested to have fruit plate only. They did gave me one every night
5. As u c the room is all white in the web site.  In fact, I have to tell u . They did not finish it nicely. A door can has two to three kind of white..... Like off white with icy white:( they pour white paint on the tile in the toilet. It's already "broken" and the finishing is very low class!  All furniture r cheap and got painted into difference to e of white. 
6. The only thing good is the people there r very friendly . 
 
I will go to any other resort instead of here for sure if I can Mk a choice again. 
Trust me! All truth! My hubby keep mad at me during the stay!  Really ruined our holiday
Ps. Even the taxi driver" laugh" at my choice ! They all know this ripe off "resort"!taxi driver said only motel type (us $100 per night ) has no air condition. Not over us $300 .not in Palau!
