Terrible Terrible Booked it on Orbitz thinking it will be a reliable place. Paid $55 for one night. No clear directions or road signs how to find this place. I parked my car roadside just trying to figure out what to do now. A guy approached me to check what was I looking for. He then called somebody to confirm my booking. There was no office. Nobody would pick up the phone provided by Orbitz. Imagine what would happen if you arrive late. Access to hotel was not maintained at all.  I Understand there was heavy snow but that’s what you expect in this area and in this time of the year. Room was not ready even we arrived at 5pm. Had to wait an hour for room cleaning and clearing the driveway. Dirty room. Thin pale yellow sheet with couple of blankets. Worn out towels which I never touched and worn out pillows. No heat. They provided one portable gas heater. No hot water. The service man said he could bring hot water in a bucket. No electricity due to power outage. The noisy generator ran for few hours. Gas heater was turned off at midnight. WiFi didn’t work but I didn’t care about that. There was no amenity at all. For this money one would at least expect hot running water, heated room and clean bedding. Staff was courteous but those poor people can not do much. The owner and management needs to learn hospitality business. Even Motel 6 and Econo Lodge or any roadside inn in USA has better standards. So disappointed.  I need my money back.

Firstly it's way down from the road and the way down is in such a bad shape and steep that I had to try 3 times on get on the road again but hitting the gas on a 1500 CC car to finally get back on the road.

I booked the room via booking.com but when I went the guy on the counter was like that oh that rate is old and we are now charging way more. I did show him the booking after which he halfheartedly showed me a room on the ground floor on the side of the entrance with no view. 

It was obvious that they lure people in by advertising less rates on Agoda or Booking and once you're there, they say that now they are charging more. 

So although I persuaded him in giving me the room for the price I had booked it for on Booking.com, I just didn't feel welcome and decided to leave and stayed at Maisonette Firhill Villas in Murree which was way better if a bit expensive.

There is nothing to appreciate any thing for this hotelI have sent emails twice to let Expedia knows my feeling about his hotel but unfortunately never get any response from Expedia

its a new facility with wrong management .. not organize at all , every one was trying to handle things there way.. from offering the room rate , to service e.g. what is included or excluded ... it was bunch one confused people... I was told that the owner is sitting in Karachi... so if he is reading he must take some serious actions...

Nevertheless since the facility was very new opened few weeks before .. nothing was over used OR require maintenance.. the view from balcony was lovely... the bed and sofa were comfortable ... HOT water was available if there was no loadsheading.. ... there was a TV and satellite connection ...

You must bargain for your stay... 

Its better to get a place on 1st or 2nd floor for a better view.
