Overall it wasn’t good experience at all

I have booked two junior suites online in advance on Expedia and when I arrived my rooms were given to someone they knew. It wasn't fair. After one hour of negotiations I got two basic rooms with issues abd problems. This property uses hotel name 'primer hotel inn' but it is not it is a local hotel abd too bad that thus brand missing up their brand I will never trust thus brand anymore even though I have been staying in this brand since quote times in foreign countries. If you are foreigner don't waste your money this is not the hotel you see it is just by name unfortunately.Breakfast is terrible 😔 so missed up with a few staffs and cleaning doesn't exist in their agenda unfortunately. The reason I booked this hotel was for two purpuses cleaning and service and both were terrible.As my rooms were given to someone in management relatives. This entire brand in lahore don't trust they sold their name only and there is absolutely no services of primer inn. Good luck if you still go. Feel bad for you.

Everything was clean and staff was very efficient and-great attitude .

The hotel rooms are not same as that in photographs, they show suite rooms in photos but they charge nearly 1500 extra for that, rooms are pathetic, smelly bed sheets poorly maintained rooms and pathetic room service

Was not satisfied

Me & my wife stayed in The Premier (Collection) hotel for 8 night. The hotel was situated on a really good location everything was easily accessible. Our room was quiet spacious, interior was very beautiful, room & washroom was totally hygienic.  Hotel staff was very friendly & cooperative in every situation. We got the house keeping service everyday by the hotel staff. So overall The Premier (Collection) hotel accommodation was too good & affordable. We would love to see you guys next time.

I am short of words to define my level of disappointment which I experienced with this hotel.. To be precise and honest, I was fooled by the positive reviews which were mentioned over Trivago, GoIbibo , MMT... Looks like they have there own back-end marketing team who do publish these kind of over hyped positive reviews..  
Here are the list of issues which I encountered

1) No welcome drink were offered at the time of check in (Not even a glass of water) and when we asked for the same, the manager sitting at the reception simply denied in arrogant manner
2) Hotel/Room does not match the description on website... Rooms were allotted to us in unhygienic condition.. Bed sheets and Pillow cover were in a filthy state..
3) Toilets WC were in pathetic condition .. It resembled like a Sulabh Toilet which are not cleaned since ages...
4) Water clogging issues in the shower area.
5) One of the closet lock was damaged and other room closet key was missing.
6) Limited breakfast menu .. Only thing which was available was Aloo paratha (Quantity limited to 2 only per person), butter toast and tea.
7) Hell lot of cleanliness/ hygine issue even in the breakfast area so we end up having the same inside our room.
8) There were no poly-bags in the dustbins.
9) Entire lobby was full of running water.
10) We booked 2 rooms for 5 pax but no extra bed was offered for one room where 3 pax accommodated.. They provided us one extra mattress over the floor when we requested them thrice.. The quality of the matters was like we are laying over the floor (It was too hard!!)
11) No proper parking space and if it is raining the road will have a complete water clogging and you will end up in making your shoes wet if you need to enter into your car.

Just to summarize the complete review.. This hotel is being run by bunch of stupid who do not even know the meaning of hospitality specially the one who is sitting at the front-desk.. I think his name was Rohit Kumar..  He is quite arrogant and having rude behavior towards the client.. Please do not book this hotel at any cost and it is my humble request to hotel staff that please maintain some dignity and stop making fool of people who are booking your property.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I stayed here for 3 days and my verdict is that it is a perfect value for money hotel ... they have good parking space, rooms are spacious , very prompt room service , location is apt,breakfast options are decent(though a buffet can be better) , rooms are clean, 24 hour hot water and all this is in a very reasonable cost.. i would strongly recommended this place for its value for money quotient

A Very Good economic hotel.
Located in city area. Nearby at walking distance, grocery shops, restaurants & big market is there.
Golden temple is at 15 min distance by car.
Service is good.
Lift is available.
Hotel premises & Rooms are clean.
Room interior is good.
No balcony or window in any room. Absolutely No view.
Parking is available directly on congested road in front of hotel.
Overall, recommended hotel for quality stay in budget.

A very good economic hotel.

I visited amritsar with my friends and stayed in Hotel premier inn. The location is easily accessible and it is near to the golden temple. The room is a bit small but the interiors are good. The staff is cooperative as they arranged for an extra mattress for the child and also gave extra breakfast on demand. They did not charge anything extra.
