Great hotel and a very nice location. Staff is really nice and helpful..staff Kamra has been very nice and helpful throughout.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone because of nice food and beautiful locations nearby :)[

Great place to stay!

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days, and it was a good experience. Their staff is nice and they behave professionally with everyone, but they have two major problems.

1. The WIFI wasn't working in my room, and I complained about it. They send a person from the IT department and after some evaluation, he said we could not fix the problem, and you need to keep your door open to access other alternative signals. For using WIFI, I needed to always come downstairs and use their alternative networks.

2. They behvave nice, but in action they have a poor management. When you need something in your room, it takes up to 30-45 minutes for their staff to bring it for you.

Nice hotel but poot management

I decided to stay at Hillview for the first time. This hotel is located bang in the middle of Jinnah Supermarket, in Main F 7 Markaz. Location is excellent with shops and eating places all around. Plus nearly the center of Islamabad. The hotel is basically like a 3 star property. Lobby is nice and wide, check in reasonably quick. Room that i got was pretty roomy with all basic amenities. But it could do with tea making facility in the room. Breakfast was included with the room and was served in the restaurant between 7.00 am to 10.00 am. Over all price was pretty reasonable. Recommended for staying when visiting Islamabad.

Stayed here before going out to K2 and also stayed here on the way back from K2
If you are from a first world country then dont expect 1st world luxury, and it maybe a little off putting to see armed security on the front entrance. We never had an issue with any of this, the staff were nice and friendly as was everyone we met in Pakistan. The only slight issue we had was the wifi was next to useless, but hey its not a life and death must have, its just wifi. 
Rooms were fine, nice big comfy beds with black out curtains, nice bath rooms, hot shower and A/C. It was also nice and quiet in the rooms.
If your going out on expedition like we did, the hotel like most hotels, does allow you too leave kit at the hotel and collect it on your way back.

Nice Hotel with pleant of amenities around in Islamabad

We had a week of traveling up-to Hunza Valley and this was our happy-ending night in the big city. 

The nearby market and park are a great asset to the hotel. The great views are also to be mentioned.

The cherry of the cake

I stayed one night on a business trip. The staff were very helpful and the rooms very large. Cleanliness wasn't great and I was met with a confused look when I asked for an iron and ironing board, apparently there isn't one in the hotel. Nor are there tea-making facilities in your room. I know that there's always room service, but I want to make my own at 6.30am when I'm sitting in my underpants. The hotel is very dated but located conveniently for some local shops (see photo from rear of the hotel). The wifi wasn't good enough to allow me to download and send documents, which was a nuisance.

Friendly and helpful staff but very dated

A very nice location of Islamabad at the Jinnah Super. This is place is well known for shopping and is centrally located. The property is With a very good ambiance. The price is a bit high but the facility is really good.
WIFI is available.
Rooms are of good size. Lifts and lobbies are nicely done. 
Its offers buffet breakfast which is so so. I would not prefer it. 
Out door open type parking area is available for parking but it’s not inside the Hotel. 
The view from the hotel is very beautiful. 
The Margalla hills and the landscape is eye catching. 
The facility is a well renowned name for families and guests with good taste.

A nice Hotel of Islamabad for Families

I stayed here for five nights overall and was delighted with the cleanliness and professionalism with which the hotel is run.
Situated in a decent neighbourhood, close to some good shopping, the Hillview is not far from the Faisal Mosque and other attractions.
Modern and European in style, I would suggest, but with local touches.
I would certainly return.

Elegant and sophisticated choice in Islamabad.

The staff is amazingly good. They make sure your needs are met on time. The hotel is clean and is appealing to the eyes - not overtly artistic but nice. Rooms and washrooms are large. It's the best location you can find in Isb as Jinnah Supermarket is at 2-minutes- walk. There is a large Saeed Book Bank just close by and for book lovers like me, it is a heaven. The only issue appears to be maintenance. There was a continuous smell in the washroom, walls had leakage marks and there were a few marks on the bathtub. But for the price, it was as good hotel.
