I have been living in this hotel for a month. I find that the staff including the manager Mr. Ahmed are extremely excellent and very helpful. I would suggest to make handicapped Parking at the entrance and hand bars for support.  I certainly recommend this hotel without any hesitation

Do not expect anything luxurious, rather a simple hotel, but staff are really kind and helpful. In walking distance to the Grand Mosque (Muscat is a very big city difficult to explore on foot). The restaurant of the hotel offers very tasty food at affordable prices.

A centrally located hotel which offers excellent value for money. Located close to the Sultan Qaboos grand mosque. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The room rent includes breakfast which is adequate. Several restaurents nearby. Good, economical place for a business trip to Muscat

Simple hotel, great staff

Good value for money

Aside from location, I like the size of the room, as well as the breakfast spread... these are better compared to similar hotels in the area. Moreover, other amenities such as the washing machine and ironing board/flat iron, becomes real beneficial if you will stay a little bit longer. In our most recent stay, we were also automatically upgraded to a one room apartment, which is a very nice gesture from the staff, as there is more space, and a lounge you can unwind before going to bed. 
One thing I noticed in our last stay that is a bit of a turn off is that, in one of the bathrooms, there is a foul smell coming from the sink. This is not acceptable from the point of view of housekeeping. The hotel management should look into it immediately and provide a solution.

Great location! Near Grand Mosque, Panorama Mall, MGM and Oman Avenues Mall

We found the hotel room looking nothing like the pictures! The room was dated and very dark. They kept only giving us one towel when there was two of us. The bed was comfortable but the fridge was very noisy and clearly broken. The shower was broken and had no drainage so the bathroom was constantly wet. The breakfast was ok but I found a hair in my mashed potato. When I told the staff they simply removed the hair from the plate!

Not easy to find central located hotel at Muscat...
This hotel have great breafast with oriental foods, juice etc.
The staff was kind and helpful.
The bed was extremly hard,not comfortable.
The bathroom had smelly...and we had there 3 nights without cleaning, or trash changing....
