This was an excellent hotel. Superb facilities, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. Very good value for what we paid, indeed we've just booked another Scandic, this time in Helsinki. A little bit out of the City but the metro station just a short walk away and never long before a train arrived. Four stops down to the Central Station. The hotel is right next to the football ground. We went for a mooch and to our surprise training was on and we could just walk in and watch. Would recommend this hotel to anybody not wanting to be smack bang in the City Centre. Highly recommend trying the liquorice ice cream from the supermarket right next to the Helsfyr metro station.
