Trolltunga Camping

I stayed here both before and efter my Trolltunga hike. The place is nice, clean and comfortable. 

Due to some changes in public transport in Bergen I had to leave early and spend my last night in Bergen instead, otherwise I would miss my flight home. The staff at Trolltunga camping helped me find last minute bus solutions, let me use the facilities after check out, and even helped me get a partial refund for the lost night, that I wasn't even technically entitled to. Really great service! Would recommend!

Really nice area, simple but nice rooms, just to enjoy the nature around and take a good rest after. Clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. I’ll be back in summer for sure

We were on a Motorbike Trip through Norway and rented an apartment on the camping.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, check-in is very easy. The rooms are clean and have a lot of space. We were 4 peoples and had 2 bedrooms.

Unbelievable friendly people at the desk ! They will help you as much as they can with a lot of pleasure ! Nice place close to the trolltunga hike. More expansive then other campings but surely worth it !

We rented one of the two double rooms flat for 4 people for 2 nights - it was amazing. Very clean and very functional - all we needed. Apparently renovated a few months ago it was very comfortable to stay in before and after a demanding hike.

We arrived to no electricity between 6-9pm but this was ok as we were informed beforehand. (There were complimentary flasks and provisions left in the kitchen.) 
Washing facilities both human and clothing were excellent with a card swipe easy option. 
Location was amazing and obviously very convenient for exploring Trolltunga. Pizzeria and lots of decent supermarkets /vinmopolet very close by. 
Site was quiet in October. Staff were polite and courteous. We had hoped to explore out on bikes but the weather was against us so we took to the road and chewed up some miles North instead. 

We booked several of their appartments and cabins for a family gathering from Friday to Sunday.  The host was very helpful in ensuring that we got the optimum combination of accomodations for the group of people we were.

We were all very happy with everything.  The appartments and cabins are fresh and clean, and furnitured in a way that makes you feel at home, and want to come back.

This  combined with a beautiful area next to Sandvinsvatnet (the lake just above Odda) makes it a great venue.  And to finish it all off, the prices are quite good for what you get.

I do highly recommend the camping, and if I should  ever be in need of accomodation in Odda again, it will be on the top of my list.

Relaxing place with well equipped cottage. We came here in wrong season so couldn't go to the Tongue, what a pity! The location is just for visiting the Tongue, nothing surrounding.
But it was a nice stop to have a rest, after several days of tiring road trip

We were in camping for one night and rent small hytte for two persons, but for sure and 4 people can sleep there :-) It's still not season so camping working not 100%.
Lacation: very good. Many beautiful tours are close. We were with car so was very easy to reach all places. 
Camping: Nice place by the lake. But all hytte's are very close to the road and feels like they build in parking place, doesen't feels that you are "på hyttetur" also they are so close to each other :-) Yes, but it's camping! :-D 
Hytte: everything what do you need, you will find! Beds, bed sheets, fridge, all kitchen equipment. Clean and nice!
Rest time from 23:00, but in this time our neighbours start the party, but I was so tired...so in general sleep was sweet :-)
but if you are sensitive for sounds I recommending to take ear plugs with you! ;-)
Last word: :-D We would like to come back to this camping again in the main season! :-)

I stayed here two nights to hike Trolltunga. I stayed in the newer part up the stairs (room 12).....this room was right by the stairs and main door to enter so it can be somewhat loud, but ear plugs are helpful! The room itself as well as the bathroom are basic and very clean. Beautiful lake you can sit and relax or walk around. Also close to the city centre!
