Good to people that are relaxing...the room got Soft pillows...warm..ambient... got good rest .....  still looking forward to go back in this place.... good looking view.shopping,park,just 15minutes taxi to airport travel.

Terrible stay here, the Disco is loud and you hear it clearly through the walls. Asked for a quiet room, but the room was noisy. The disco runs until 2am 5-6 days a week... stay away if you care about sleep.

Although this hotel is placed near city center and restaurants, etc, it seems to be old, not recently renovated, the rooms are really small, and almost all of them are having next building's terrace as a view. However, they provide excellent breakfast

Rather tired looking, but clean.  Our room was sold as a twin, but was in fact a single room with two beds squeezed in. Result:  no bedsteads, no night lights any hardly room to swing a cat, much less open a suitcase, let alone two. The area, though centrally located, was quite noisy through the night. Breakfast was good and took the place from poor to average. 

Overall OK, but tiny room

Often times you do not fancy anything more;  a clean and central room where you can hit the sack and have a nice breakfast the next morning. There is somesort of a nightclub or something at the hotel but I did not notice.

Easily accessible. Indoor parking, great views of the three islands Innlandet, Nordlandet Gomalandet and marine traffic at the harbor. The breakfast was varied and good. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located in the city center on the main island of Kirklandet and where you will find everything you need. Easy to find the right way to different destinations. Highly recommend the place.

When you book a room at a hotel there’s a few things that you take as a given, a bed, shower, towels and the ability to sleep through the night. Forget the latter at this hotel. There is a karaoke/nightclub right next door that plays music very loud till around 3am. My advice is to avoid it.

The hotel was ok, I got one of the Thon webdeal. The room were cleaned. The breakfast buffet was normal for Norway. Don’t expect  much, but the hotel is ideal, if just need a place to sleep.
The hotel has a parking house, it might require some skill to park your car, but i was able to manouver my Tesla without problem.

Normal hotel

Stayed here for a weekend in March while attending a sport event. The hotel is quite small, with standard, basic rooms. Excellent reception area with coffee free of charge. Breakfast is of course modest at such a small hotel, but does the job. I chose it mainly because of location. Kristiansund is a small city and here, you are within walking distance of almost everything. I read that there was a noisy bar in the same building which could cause significant disturbance, but as I arrived early, I was able to geet a room in the opposite side of the building (on the same level as the reception), and wasn't bothered at all. 

This is a standard hotel without anything extra, but fine for a weekend if you are able to avoid the rooms that are disturbed by the noisy bar.

Basic, centrally located, all in all ok

I love the Thon Group. They have so many excellent hotels. But sadly this must be the runt of the litter. Friendly staff but... Basic rooms. And very noisy as we are below Christian’s bar. What a disappointing stay. I regret to say but: avoid.
