We spent 9 Nights at the Tudor Apartments, part of Aloha Apartments. Sue Buffet and Annescia looked after us on arrival. They were so polite,helpful and couldn’t do enough to welcome us and make our stay memorable. Sue had booked all our tours, restaurant and hire car bookings. Between the two of them they gave us all the tips to assist our stay. The apartments were spacious, very comfortable, well appointed (full kitchen with gas appliances) and the hot water was great. Location was perfect with a short walk out the back gate and down the hill to Castaways (best Pizza and craft beer on the island), across the road to a convenience store, the RSL and about a 500 metre walk into the main part of the Town. A wonderfully relaxing stay and I’d recommend Aloha/Tudor apartments for a family stay.

Relaxing Tudor at Burnt Pine

We stayed a week at the Tudor apartments. The apartments were very clean and there was a daily service offered. The two bedroom apartment was a good size with parking at each unit. It was within walking distant to the town area. It was fully self contained with a supply of tea, coffee, sugar, long life milk, soap, shampoo and toilet paper, salt and pepper. Staff were very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. There was only one fan and we could have done with a second one on a couple of occasions as it got very hot. I think it would be a good idea to put a hand rail on the stairs even thought there were only three or four I did see a couple having trouble getting up and down them. There is a washing machine and dryer on site but you need to get a token from the Aloha apartment. These cost $5.00 each and you need one for the washing machine and one for the dryer. We did not need to use the dryer as there is a close line with pegs supplies and things did dry quickly outside.

Golden Oldies

We booked 2 x apartments for a group of 8 of us over Christmas. The staff were super in dealing with our constant questions - even cutting additional keys for us when requested. The apartments are clean, serviced every day and had everything we needed. The location is great - just a short walk to the centre of burnt pine (less than 5 mins) and all the cafes and shops. We rented 2 cars and drove every day to the beach for a swim before breakfast. The apartments have towels, toiletries, good kitchens and comfy beds. Great value for money. I'd definately recommend.

Lovely, clean apartments, great location

Have just spent another fantastic week at the Hibiscus Aloha Apartments while we were enjoying the Line Dancing Festival.  These apartments are so central, right opposite the supermarket.  They are spacious and very well equipped and have everything you could possibly need, but,  if by any chance there is something missing, just ask, I am sure the lovely staff will find it for you.   The Receptionists  are lovely especially Sue, nothing was a bother.  Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else while on Norfolk.

Another fantastic stay

This was the 7th year running that we have been on the Fishing Tour and the 9th time we have stayed at Hibiscus Aloha.

Part of our group stayed here and others stayed with friends or the Ponderosa.

We had units 42, 43 and 44 which are nearest the pool.

They have just been refurbished inside and were lovely.

The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Our rental cars were provided by El Doo Rentals and there was no fuss or bother even though they are not on site but your car is left in your park and just see the rental company as soon as you can. As we fished the Monday we went in on Tuesday and was not a problem.

The rooms are spacious and has every thing you need.

The beds are king size in these units and have 2 x rooms but one can be locked If you only need one.

The rooms are not serviced every day but new towels etc can be requested as often as you like.

The Aloha is very near the town shops and in easy walking distance.

WiFi is available in the departure lounge or function room. Norfolk Is WiFi time can be bought at several locations and there are hotspots dotted around the island.

We fish with Charter Marine, David Bigg is the owner skipper and he and his boat are fantastic. If can get out, have a go and say we recommended him.

We will be back in 2016 and will be staying here again.

Dennis Marsh Fishing Tour 2015

Very welcoming location, bus dropped us from airport and straight to Apartment, where our hire car was waiting outside. Clean tidy space, good big bed. Kitchen good.
Internet is quite good if you sit in their Departure Lounge near the pool. $20 for 5 hours. (dont forget to log off service when finished) 
Not much of a view as such, but handy quiet location right in the heart of the main centre area. 
Sue was very nice and helpful.
