Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform goSTOPS Pushkar - Rooms & Dorms in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 1. Minors (below 18) are not allowed to stay at our hostels (both in dorms and private rooms) even when accompanied by legal guardians 2. You may bring your pets (only in private rooms) at a fixed charge of INR 500 per day for each pet. Only 1 pet per room is allowed 3. Requisite licenses are awaited at (Palampur, Alleppey, Pondicherry, Goa Calangute, Goa Baga) properties so we are unable to host foreign guests only at these properties, at this time 4. We believe in reducing the carbon footprint, hence we enforce green hours (non-AC) from 12pm to 8pm in the dorms 5. Guests can get additional facilities including heater and laundry service (in select properties) for an extra fee. Reach out to the reception desk at your respective hostel for more details. 6. We don't provide toiletries to the guests. Please carry your own for personal use 7. Parking space is limited at our hostels and also may not be available. You can get in touch with the ground staff if you need alternative parking space nearby. 8. We encourage the guests to practice self-service at the hostel wherever possible 9. Alcohol consumption is only allowed in common areas At Pushkar and Rishikesh (Lakshman Jhula) hostels, consumption of alcohol is not allowed at all 10. We provide free Wi-Fi at all our hostels (up to 1.5GB per user per day) 11. No-Show (If you dont arrive or stay at the property on your confirmed reservation) and Early departure (if you depart prior to your original departure date) are non refundable under any circumstances.
