All bookings are subject to a GBP 30 security pre-authorisation per person. A credit or debit card will be required on arrival, and will be pre-authorised with the total deposit amount. The pre-authorisation will be cancelled by the hotel on departure (subject to safe return of room keys/no cause for complaint), however, please note that it may take several days to clear through the card issuer.

Pre-authorisation for groups of 4 or more guests will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival and guest names are also requested in advance.

Children under 18 years old are required to be accompanied by a guardian.

Please note that the following services are available at a surcharge: towel hire, tea/coffee making facilities, toiletries pack, daily maid service, Wi-Fi, and breakfast.
